I had a great experience with Smith & Sons Heating and Air. My technician, Kyle, was professional, honest, and fair with his pricing. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my A/C system and had it fixed in no time. It’s refreshing to work with someone who explains things clearly and doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. Overall, the service was excellent, I highly recommend Smith & Sons and will definitely call them again if I need future HVAC work.

Smith & Sons replaced my Mitsubishi ductless mini-split system with an AC Pro system. Their installation was EXCELLENT, they replaced with a far superior system, communication was always EXCELLENT, pricing was right-on. The mini-split system broke at a beach vacation rental during the high season. Guests were arriving, time was of the essence. Smith & Sons took QUICK action with an unbelievable FAST turnaround. I highly, highly recommend Smith & Sons. They are now my go-to HVAC company. Having seven properties, I have spent too much time and wasted $ with the big box companies. Smith & Sons are the BEST OF THE BEST.

Highly recommend. Our business and home have been using Smith & Sons for years. Just recently a broken AC ( 95 degree summer! ) and they were immediately at our house with a very reasonable price. They are great and communication and good priced quotes. The technicians are all respectful and always clean up. Great family business

I installed a mini split A/C system in our condo and needed a technician to make the final refrigeration connections. I called for an appointment and Kyle was able to come out the next day. He provided fast and professional service at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend Smith and Sons Heating and Air and will use them again in the future.

While renting a single family home, the central air unit completely failed. Owners had "their" guy, but I called Smith & Sons to come give an estimate. We ended up needing an entirely new system. Smith & Sons ended up giving the best price around and the ownere of the rental sided with "my guys". Once the appointments were set communication was 5 star as well via text and calls. Kyle made sure everything ran smoothly and the guys that came did the work fast and made it as though they weren't there. New system is in and running to absolute perfection. 🥶 Smith & Sons is the best. Period.

I feel very blessed to have found an amazing HVAC company that I will use again and again! Below is my step by step experience with Smith & Sons Heating and Air Inc.

Scheduling was easy. Rescheduling because I lost track of a medical appointment two days prior (on a Saturday) was also easy and very pleasant. There was no fuss about the short timeframe before the original appointment (Monday), just prompt customer service and were able to schedule me for the day after my original appointment on Tuesday.

Kyle came to my house and was very polite and professional. He had booties to wear inside as to not track through my house, which my wife and I appreciated very much.

I do not know much about HVACs, but Kyle was thorough, taking pictures of every measurement (heat and A/C temps at the vent, temp at the intake vent, measurements on the HVAC system in my attic, and condenser/fan outside) so he could show and explain to me any outliers outside of the normal range.

The only outliers I had were on my capacitor on the condenser/fan unit that is outside. He took the time to explain to me what role a capacitor has in the HVAC system and when it underperforms, it stresses the fan motor and condenser. It was performing at 58% and 20ish% (I did the math, what can I say, I am a nerd sometimes lol) of what it should have been for the condenser and fan motors, respectively.

Very important: He was not pushy whatsoever about the replacement. He simply offered a quote for the part and labor, and said he would be able to do it on the spot. No pressure, which I very much appreciated.

I opted to have Kyle replace the capacitor, as it is much cheaper than replacing a fan motor or condenser, which he was able to do very quickly.

As a new homeowner, I have discovered that I need to have a go-to company for certain items outside of my ability to do on my own, which I have gained considerable handy-man skills in the last five years as it is much cheaper to do work myself.

I am very glad to have my go-to HVAC company as Smith & Sons Heating and Air Inc!

Smith & Sons Heating & Air Inc. did an outstanding job! We promptly received an estimate. Both Kyle and Rachel were a delight to work with. Much of the work had to be coordinated during our remodel between them, our designer and other contractors. Smith & Sons patiently waited their turn, they did not rush the job, and they have been very quick to answer any of our questions. We highly recommend this family-owned business. The ducted mini split in our house and the independent mini split in our family room work wonderfully.
