clayton came out and helped me with a chimney cleaning and inspection. he arrived early and did a detailed check of my chimney and fireplace. he explained what i could do to keep my chimney clean and safe for the future. he also showed me where debris and soot were building up and took care of cleaning everything out. he sealed up a few small gaps around the chimney cap to help keep birds and critters out. the whole process was quick and he made sure everything was neat before he left. after his visit, my fireplace works great and i feel much safer using it. i would highly recommend this chimney sweep service—they were more affordable than others i contacted. i’ll definitely call them again for my next chimney cleaning.

I couldn't' be happier with any service than Mike at Chimney Champ. I was working with Burnie's fireplaces before to get my Chimney liner removed. The tech from them came and told me that it cannot be done and I am kinda stuck with it forever unless I am ready to spend $5000 to $10000 on it. Then I called Chimney Champ and sent Mike some photos. He came a week later and finished it in half an hour for less than $250. What a great service. He helped me with picking up some other parts I wanted for the fireplace as well. Highly recommended.

I’m impressed with the work that this reliable crew did on our home! Before turning on the central air conditioning this year, we needed to have the HVAC system in our home cleaned. Their staff were courteous and kept the house very clean during their service. It’s hard to find honest work these days, but the employees of LO Ducts Technicians proved themselves to be the real deal with their honesty and have competitive prices for their services!

DO NOT HIRE. We hired LO Ducts Technicians over a month ago to clean both the upstairs and downstairs ducting. The technician claimed the main register covered both floors, but when I checked the downstairs vents, they clearly didn’t look cleaned at all. When I questioned it, he told me I “just needed to wipe them down.” He also kept insisting that the duct system was somehow separate from the HVAC system, which made no sense and left me feeling completely gaslit. I initially let it go because I thought there might be a language barrier issue.

I told my husband to only pay half until the job was actually completed, but the technician repeatedly badgered him with texts until he finally paid the remaining balance. That turned out to be a mistake, because after that, getting the company to do the right thing became nearly impossible.

When I called to explain that the downstairs had never been cleaned, I got the runaround for over a week: they needed to talk to the supervisor, then the technician, then the technician needed to talk to the company, etc. Only after I threatened to leave a bad review did they agree to send someone back out to clean the downstairs. They never showed up.

I called again. More excuses. They scheduled another appointment. Again, no one showed up.

At this point, I’m left posting this review because I’ve run out of options. They were overpriced, underdelivered, and their customer service and integrity are a joke.

I converted my garage into a lifting gym, but noticed I coughed a lot whenever the overhead fan kicked on. This duct cleaning company cleared decades of hidden attic dust from the lines, so now I can work in total comfort.
