I was so nervous about getting a new roof because being a female, I thought someone may try to take advantage of me by over pricing or just doing a horrible job. I know everyone has heard horror stories. When I first contacted Falcon,the project manager stepped in immediately and assured me that they would be there every step of the way. I was told always voice my concerns, ask as many questions as I needed, and I could contact them at any time of the day.

Just as promised, the project manager took away all my fears by being present with the crew and ensuring the greatest quality. I think I have the best looking house in my area because of the new roof. I was also told if there were any future concerns that I should not hesitate to contact them and they would fix any issue I had. They crew was wonderful, respectful, and made sure to get everything completed perfectly in the time I was told. There were no hidden fees either which was a major plus for me. I will always use Falcon home improvement needs! Best company all around!

Just so you know what you're getting. They don't do any work in house. Everything you see and all the reviews that you're reading are from projects they secured and then outsource to other companies to do the work for them. They are the middlemen. You are being overcharged for projects so they can make a commission. I suggest find a company who does everything in house the same quality work for cheaper price. The more you know.

Aviv and Ari came to my home to provide me with a quote. I was so impressed with the way they expressed themselves and the ideas they were able to help me with, I decided to let Falcon Builders complete my patio. Since I already had pavers that are 12 years old and fading a little, I worried that they wouldn't be able to match the colors, but they did a great job. Aviv and his team came out to my house within a week to start. The workers were efficient, and careful with my things. They thoroughly cleaned the patio after each workday.
