Lance @ Studio Stratton is a true professional, he designed a kitchen for us and a business/Shop layout. Both worked extremely well and looked great. Highly recommended.

As far as kitchen designers, Lance and his team is top notch. Most people in the interior design space are very haphazard with their time frames and promise the most and deliver much less than that. Their knowledge of the kitchen environment is obviously based in long and deeply rooted involvement in the industry as they have SO MANY contacts and avenues to take and reasons for every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Studio Stratton if you are looking into a kitchen design and implementation.

Lance Stratton designed our kitchen in 2008. His advice and design expertise made our remodel experience great. Although our kitchen is not large, Lance managed to include ample storage and work surfaces. Aside from the practicality, the kitchen is just beautiful. Lance is a fantastic designer and a real pleasure to work with. He was able to turn our small awkward kitchen into a beautiful place with so much more functionality and usable space. We get compliments from everyone who visits and have recommended him several times.

My wife and I first met Lance in 2005 when we were designing our custom home. Lance did a great job designing our kitchen with WmOhs cabinets and bathrooms with Plato cabinets. The kitchen layout was extremely well thought out with placement of key components. We wanted distressed painted cabinets and WmOhs delivered on their reputation for quality finishes.
Recently we needed a replacement panel for. A new dishwasher and once again Lance came through for us.

I had the pleasure to work briefly with Lance Stratton. Our home recently had some significant water damage and a friend of mine made various kitchen design suggestions. I met twice with Mr. Stratton for his guidance and opinions. He was always very considerate, tuning in to my thoughts and listening attentively. He was both patient, knowledgeable and kind. This is our second time using Lance and Marcie on a project. The first was on a large primary bath in a previous home of ours. The end result was a gorgeous bath that was one of the primary reasons we had multiple offers when we sold our home a few years after the remodel. A year ago we moved into a home built in '65 that needed extensive work - removing walls, raising ceilings, adding baths and adding a fabulous kitchen. We had already established a strong foundation of trust with Lance so we didn't even consider working with another designer. The project was recently completed and Lance's experience in construction as well as his obvious design background resulted in our dream home! I can't say enough about not only what talented, creative person he is, but he's also someone you really enjoy working with!

Studio Stratton headed by Lance Stratton has designed our “Outdoor Kitchen Pool Cabana” with expert knowledge of functional cabinetry and user practicality. He guided us to a well thought out beautifully appointed product that our family has thoroughly enjoyed. His extensive experience in “Kitchen, Bath, Outdoor Living Area” design has placed him in the “Elite” of “Award Winning” professionals. We utilized his services over 20 years ago for our kitchen and master bedroom/bath. We appreciate his “Attention to Detail” that we enjoy every single day. He and his staff are a pleasure to work with!

Studio Stratton designed and helped us permit a small ADU in 2019. Lance was a sharp listener and was able to implement all of our "wants and needs" which wasn't easy as we had only 420 sq.ft. to work with. His design skills were invaluable. He helped us add light and flow to our ADU and suggested we create an outdoor space which we love! Lance took time every step of the way to make sure we were happy even with the smallest of details. He was patient when we changed our minds and made unbiased suggestions which were informative and invaluable. I would not hesitate to recommend Studio Stratton to anyone looking for an experienced, reliable, on-time and fabulous design group!

I worked with Lance to do a complete remodel of my kitchen. The results are excellent. We are do-it-yourselfers, and I had never worked with a designer. I knew a kitchen was outside my skill set, and I needed a partner who would be patient while I overthought every decision. Lance was the man. Together we methodically planned out every inch of the space. He waited while I obsessed over appliance choices and finishes nudging me in the right direction. The kitchen is exactly as I wanted, backed by Lance's professional design skills and advice. As an encore, Lance has been there to help me with a warranty issue and some installation adjustments that were needed a few years later. That's the true customer service test, and Lance excels at all levels.

I’m a design professional myself and working and collaborating with Studio Stratton is always a total pleasure! I have worked with them on several kitchens, outdoor kitchens and various cabinetry throughout homes all over San Diego. Their knowledge of product and functionality in different areas is unsurpassed. With one Client, I saw Lance go drawer by drawer in her kitchen and inventory things in order to assure her that all of her items would have a spot in her new kitchen! Lance at Studio Stratton has helped us with several of our homes from San Diego to the Canadian Border. He gets kitchens and where to put things from organizers for cupboards, to drawers, to garbage and glassware to silverware and utensils , and to appliances. Lance gets kitchen design! He is great at aesthetics and function and goes the extra mile to be on site to measure and install.

Lance Stratton of Studio Stratton helped me to create a kitchen that fits perfectly with the retro style of my home. Lance is professional and Kind which makes working with him a pleasure. He recommended an excellent contractor and took me to cabinet, tile and kitchen appliance to help me make selections that fit within my budget. I appreciated his willingness to listen to my concerns and work together to find the best solution. There was a problem with the cabinet doors I ordered not fitting properly. To solve the problem he had the cabinets refinished at his own expense, The finished project is the kitchen of my dreams! I cannot recommend Lance Stratton enough.

Lance was an excellent partner in our kitchen remodeling project. He went out of his way to partner with the other service providers we engaged on the project even went the request wasn't technically his responsibility. He worked with us to turn our vision into reality in a cost-effective and functional way. We love our new kitchen!

From our initial meeting thru completion Lance and Marcie Stratton were delightful to work with. They listened well and asked all the right questions so that, in the end, our home was even more beautiful than we had envisioned. The layout of the kitchen is so functional that it makes cooking an ease as well as a joy and the contemporary design elements blend beautifully with the traditional Craftsman charm of our 1925 home. Lance worked magic with a small footprint so that we were able to have two sinks in the main bathroom and a walk-in closet. Both things we believed impossible to accomplish.
