Workers arrived on time and were very very nice. They worked tirelessly to complete the job. They worked on Birds of Paradise and trimmed back 3 trees. It looks great! I’ve used other companies and the work didn’t even come near to the quality of this job. They were very thorough in the clean up so that there was no debris in the pool and the front yard was clean. Highly recommend!

David and his team did a great job trimming our big backyard tree. They were knowledgeable about the tree and what it needed and were timely and very neat when trimming. I’m very pleased with the work they did and will be using them again in the future—would highly recommend!

From my first call to David and throughout the process of removing our 2 large, dying trees, David and his crew were a breeze to work with. He was thorough, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and well within our budget. I plan to hire him again for another job and highly recommend him. I interviewed 3 other companies but he was the easy choice.

David and his crew did a magnificent job of trimming our over-grown hill. They were punctual, polite and professional in every way. This was a tough job given terrain and space limitations for removing debris. They finished on time and cleaned up all the mess.

Bottom Line: YES, I will definitely hire them again! David and his crew were extremely hard working and professional. Safety was apparently a key factor as the crew always wore helmets, heavy jackets, goggles or face masks, and took precautions to make sure they worked as a coordinated team. I watched them work on the major trimming of my 50+ queen/king palms, and removal of a half-dozen other trees on my property and was amazed at how fast and careful they were. This was a very reasonably priced project and I was elated at the results. Plus they are insured and bonded, which was essential to me. The crew was great!

Had a great experience with this company. They showed up for the project right on time after confirming the job by both email and text ahead of time. I was pleased to see that David was part of the crew and working on the trees the whole day (unlike some companies where the guy in charge who gives the quote is nowhere to be seen when the work day arrives). The whole crew was professional and capable. The quoted price was very competitive so I was curious to see how much work they would do... the last company I hired was inexpensive but also did less work. Not the case with this company- David and his crew worked a long day and did great work on all the trees. He took the time to verify exactly what work they would be doing to make sure we were on the same page, and each tree came out looking perfect. They also took care to clean up really well- no messy leaves or branches left behind. Highly recommend!

Today I had some tree trimming done by this company. They did an amazing job. They also did some roots that were coming over from the neighbors tree. I am extremely pleased with their work and how nice David was and taking care of us. So glad I went with this company over the other quotes I got.

Mr. David and his crew are professionals. Prompt and respectful, and Honest. Price is very competitive. bottom line, his pricing is unbeatable. My project was to remove 7 mature Indian Laurel Trees that was destroying my backyard Pavers. His Team arrived on time and immediately went to work. We have a well-loved jacaranda tree in our front yard that was growing into the wires. David came and looked at our tree and shared with us a plan for trimming it up and future care. After the trimming, the tree looks wonderful! David is very knowledgeable and professional. Miguel showed up 15 minutes early to the job and absolutely crushed it! Extremely good worker, finished under the estimated time, and was the best priced contractor out of the 10 I got quotes for. Will 100% be using his services for future projects!

Miguel, Master Arbor Service owner and operator is prompt and reliable. He responded quickly to our inquiry about cutting down and removing our very pathetic dead grapefruit tree. It lived a long life. Miguel and his helper tackled the 12 foot tree and quickly had it removed. He used a stump grinder to remove the stump. The yard was cleared of all debris!

Miguel, with his partner Maurillio, did a great job! Miguel climbed our six 40+ feet palms and cut, hacked, and cleaned away the years of growth! The winds were blowing that day, yet he persevered and got er done! :). Moreover, the clean-up was excellent! I would have given Miguel a 5 star review for all the work he has done but the recent work was not completed properly. If not for prior work it would have been a 1 star. Use at your own discretion.

Master Arbor Service was a great company to work with. I had a very large ficus tree whose roots were threatening the house. Miguel and his helper did a great job removing the tree, grinding the stump, taking care of some roots, and cleaning up the area. His price was fair, I thought. At all times Miguel and his helper were courteous, prompt, professional and they took care to protect the house while working on the tree. I would definitely work with them again.

Justin and the OB Arborists team did a great job taking care of a project that would've taken me several weekends in one quick morning. They took out several big, heavy bird of paradise trunks without damaging ANY of the surrounding plants. Price was fair and the cleanup was professional/excellent.

Quick response and written estimate, fit us into calendar for completion on our timeline, good expertise and credentials, local, and Justin is personable and a joy to work with… and did I say a great value with respect to my comparative estimates for the work trimming/pruning of a large specimen tree. The clean up exceeded my expectations and they completed the work in half the time expected. Also received great follow up recommendations and answers to various questions regarding general health of our precious tree! 5/5 Stars!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Justin and his team. They have cut multiple trees and ground stumps for me as well. They’re on time, clean up well and are always professional. Justin stopped by recently to assess a new tree and gave me suggestions on other trees that may be a better choice- no charge! I share his information any chance I get. Please, don’t hesitate to call him, you won’t be disappointed! Oh, and the cherry on top? His quote always beat others!!!
