Stan and Will are great. Everything was easy. They were quick to come out for a dishwasher repair (appliance is 19 years old, but otherwise working great). Rest assured, they will take care of you and are reasonably priced!

All around great experience with Smart Solutions. Contacted them about our Viking stove and they had a tech at our house within hours, he was knowledgable, effective and worked efficiently. They were up front from the beginning about their pricing policy and didn't try to upsell or suggest any additional services. We did ask them to take a look at another issue than the one we had hired them to fix, the tech looked things over and concluded we would need to replace a part if we wanted to correct the problem. He told me he would look into the pricing for he part and reach out once he had more information for me. Two days later he contacted me with the part price as well as what the labor charges would be. I appreciate their transparency, skill and the fact that I never felt like there was an agenda or upselling when interacting with the tech or his manager. Definitely will be reaching out to them the next time we have an appliance problem.

Stan is a great appliance trouble shooter and specialist. He and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and experts. Stan fixed a leaking refrigerator water feed, replaced our failed Viking hood fan and assisted with our water heater.

Stan is the "appliance whisperer." He diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher in a matter of a few minutes after testing various controls and troubleshooting options. The replacement part was immediately ordered and as scheduled, he returned a few days later to install it. The service price was fair and the dishwasher now functions like new. I highly recommend Smart Solution Appliances and will definitely call upon them again should I ever need additional service.

Great experience with Stan! After another company/technician quoted us $4k for a Thermador fridge/freezer replacement part, we had Stan come by for a second opinion. He diagnosed a different, less expensive, issue. When the part arrived, he was quick to come back to install it. During installation he identified an underlying issue/cause (power surge). So not only did he get our fridge back up and running, he advised us that we could submit a claim with PG&E for reimbursement. Stan will now be our go-to for any appliance issue.

Smart Solution Appliances is the best! I had called quite a few appliance repair shops to get someone to do the complex maintenance required on my Whirlpool ventless, hybrid dryer and couldn't find anyone willing to come out - including the place that Whirlpool recommended. Then I called Smart Solution Appliances and they said they could fix ANYTHING and they did! They had to completely disassemble my dryer, which they did in a very confined space without unstacking the dryer. They cleaned it and then put it back together and gave me a great suggestion on how to clean the lint off the coils in the future. And they did all of this at a very reasonable price for the amount of work required. They are now my "go to" appliance repair people.

We had them come repair our dryer and a gas leak in our stove. They were honest about what could or could not be done, and stayed extra time with the stove to make sure they got it right (it was a hard case!). Both issues were solved when they said they would. It's been a few months and there has been no re-occurrence.
