Smart Solution Appliances did a great job in my washer and dryer duet! He made diagnostics on site, ordered parts with supplier and after 3 days he visited us again and repaired both of them in an hour!i am super satisfied with this service! Also Stan explained and gives us advices to us how to use both of them with maximum performance.

Stan and crew are super responsive and thorough! He helped us get our apt ready for renting as we had issues with fridge, overhead fan and washing machine. He quickly navigated problem and figured out solution. Highly recommended!

Set up to have a tech come out-got confirmation. No show. Number posted on email was for an in box not set up. Called office told the texh was tied up Agreed he’d come the next day. No show again. Called office same excuse. Obviously won’t be using them again

O star service! My dishwasher stop working, technician came inspected and told me need to order parts 4-5 days. After 10 days schedule appointment and didn’t show up. I took day off and waited. No show! I called and they said parts didn’t arrive and didn’t even notify me. Finally parts arrived and he changed it dishwasher still doesn’t work! He said it can be this part or that part. No clue what they are doing! Do not call them waist of time. Two weeks still not fixed! They don’t even speak English!
