We purchased a duplex in San Francisco that was in desperate need of repair. We lived in one of the units that did not have any temperature controls, the windows leaked and the flooring was chipping away. We wanted to begin renovation on the other unit that was uninhabitable as soon as possible and needed a contractor.

Our architects referred us to Perez Construction. Perez's initial evaluation and cost estimates were thorough, and they were enthusiast to take on our project. Perez and team were extremely friendly, communicative and skilled to swiftly tackle the many challenges of our project in a timely manner. They were also very accommodating to our needs during constructions as we lived upstairs and kept us involved at every step. Additionally, they integrated different technologies into their workflow to facilitate project management, such as using BuilderTrend for daily logging, payment tracking, messaging, etc.

We are delighted with the overall results. Our newly renovated unit is exactly how we imagined it, and we moved in immediately once construction completed. We look forward to working with them in the future to renovate our other unit, and would recommend Perez Construction to anyone wishing to renovate their home.

Also, has a great personality, very patient, easy to talk to and explained everything that was happening so we knew what was going on. We have dealt with some really bad contractors and this was completely the opposite. We really recommend this team to anyone who needs work done on their home. Also, months after everything was complete, we had an issue with our gate because of the way it was manufactured and because of kids and he sent his team to repair it with no charge. Such great service! Due to a very busy schedule, I normally don't take the time to write reviews unless there was some extreme satisfaction or extreme disappointment. I am taking the time to write this review to support this business and to spread the word of how great they are. I still owe Everson some home made food as a thank you for a job well done!

Perez Construction did a great job on our project, which involved replacing all the siding and windows on the three-story back wall of our house, which had a serious dry rot problem. Perez Construction gave us a detailed estimate, which was somewhat lower than another bid we had received, completed the job according to their schedule, and the quality of their work was excellent. There were some unforeseen complications which Perez Construction handled expertly and without additional cost. Perez provided daily scheduling and progress updates using the online BuilderTrend application. But first and foremost, Everson Perez and his crew are really nice and considerate people! They went the extra mile to ensure that we senior citizens were not overly disrupted or inconvenienced. They clearly take pride in their work. They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Perez Construction.

We were introduced to Perez Construction by our realtor (who we also love!) and we are so glad to have gone with Perez Construction for our project. We had a very unfortunate accident in the house before we moved in, so we wanted to make changes to it to make sure it doesn't happen again. Also, we needed the hardwood floors redone and also new hardwood floors on all of the bedrooms. The team at Perez Construction were not only professional, but diligent and on time. They are not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, and for the result we got - it was worth every penny.

Connor, Everson, and the rest of the team are so professional, from having a first virtual call explaining the process, to using an online tool to give us daily updates, including pictures of the progress, to doing a final walkthrough of the property to ensure that we were satisfied with the results. They took our vision and made it a reality, and made suggestions along the way. This was a small project for them but there was no lack of professionalism and quality delivered.

We have additional projects that we are thinking of, and Perez Construction will be our first choice!

I cant believe the owner Victor has hired an Ex Contractor I had hired last July to do a fixer upper. His name is Brian Drewicke and he was a total Con Artist and could not perform and work that had ant workmanship at all. He is a blatant liar and takes advantage of anyone he thinks has money at the time and then after paying him they are broke and cannot get any one to correct his horrid work or lack of workmanship. I think probably Victor of MT development Co. had no idea of the type of person Brian Drewicke was at time of hiring, which was just recently. So I will not say anything bad about MT dev company except I sure hope they over see the caliber of any work done by Brian Drewicke. And boy I got proof of what a phone lying Con Artist CROOK he is!!1

Worked with Victor several times over the years. He has helped me out on small projects such as my garage and house remodel. On occasion I have consulted Victor on proposals from other contractors because the job was too small for him and he was alway happy to give me an opinion and make sure people are doing the right thing. In this day and age its great to have someone who will give you an honest opinion.

We have worked with MT Development on multiple projects. We are continuously impressed by their workmanship, communication and ability to address the myriad of issues that come up during construction. Our architecture firm has a good working relationship with everyone on their crew and we highly recommend MT.

MT Development remodeled our house in Golden Gate Heights in San Francisco. Victor was extremely knowledgeable and helped fix our house after having a terrible experience with our first contractor. Forma handled a significant remodel for our family at our house in Oakland. In total we gutted the master bathroom and kid's bathroom, our kitchen and did some minor flooring work in our laundry room. The remodel came out excellent and Forma did a tremendous job managing the process, hiring quality subcontracts and delivering everything on schedule. Would certainly use them again.

I hired Victor and MT Dev. Inc. to remodel my luxury condo in South Beach and I couldn't have had a better experience. I knew nothing about remodeling and Victor (w/ his contractor Brian) was patient enough to walk me through the entire process. Victor spent hours going through different kitchen and bathroom options and the pros and cons of each choice. When we finally agreed to a scheme, Victor and his team executed flawlessly and on time. Forma Construction is the absolute best of the best. Incredible level of professionalism, ability to work within all kinds of mid to high end budgets, and deep connections with a wide variety of vendors for great pricing and materials selection. When I sold my house my real estate agent said that I would get a premium on the sale just by saying in the description that Forma performed an extensive remodel because it has such a strong reputation in San Francisco for doing extremely high-quality, durable work.
