I had a new furnace installed by Oceanside. They were ok. The man who did the insulation of the new heating pipes was inexperienced, and we still have the aluminum foil material falling off the pipes. The furnace works fine. I was never clear on how the old asbestos pipes were removed. Also, if you have an old thermostat and are not tech savvy, keep the old one. The new one was complicated, and I asked for my old one back. Dallas said he did not have it. I ordered a simple new thermostat on line and one of the workers installed it for me.

I received a quote and followed up to confirm almost for 2 weeks via email phone calls and was never responded to. I have no idea how they have 5 stars but it's surely a scam.

Never showed up to estimate appointment. Typical. check all the reviews. ALL their high ratings are from single review accounts. this is definitely not a reputable company. how do they get so many good reviews if they dont even both to show up to appointments or respond to messages.
