Communication from COIL during the quoting and scheduling phase was excellent (phone, text and email). Electricians showed up early and were very courteous. They explained exactly what was included in the quote and where there could possibly be overcharges before getting to work. The site was left absolutely clean!!

Technician was courteous, personable and had a good sense of humor. He completed the job seamlessly and was professional about it. I’ve not gotten to use the charger yet, because I don’t have the EV yet, but it looks great.

The Coil team made it super easy to install EV charging, from quote to install complete. Special shout-out to Jaime for keeping the conduit out of sight, and for also installing our outdoor spotlight and sensor in the same trip. Looks and works great!!

Five stars is for great service. But sometimes things don't go as planned. When that happens, a business faces a real test. Do they make things right generously and quickly? Or does it devolve into finger-pointing?

Coil approved an idea of mine that looked better on paper than when a licensed electrician looked at it (and they were right). But this meant locating a charger in a different place. Then they could not produce the charger I ordered. Then I realized that smart-chargers are not that valuable -- they increase charging from 30 MPH to 36 MPH, which is meaningless for most owners.

So several things changed at once. I was not thrilled with the first try, so they sent the team back and got it right. Jaime and Sal are smart and quick and easy to work with. Bobby and Paul made things right. I am delighted with the result and would happily recommend Coil to anyone else putting in a car charger.

Coil put in an EV charger for our home. While there was a probem with the installation they were professional in owning the problem and fixing it to my satisfaction. Their concern was genuine and that is refreshing to see in a contractor. I am greatful for their work.

I was fortunate to work with Jaime Flores. On arrival (10 min early, great) Jaime discovered some unforeseen issues and quickly formed a plan to alleviate them. By early afternoon he had the installation complete with everything in good working order. I would recommend COIL and Jamie for any installation needs.

Coil installed 2 EV chargers in our shared garage. They were very professional through the whole process, from ordering to installation and inspection. The job was tricky because they had to run conduit from the meter closet at the front of the building, through the lobby, and then the entire length of the garage, around various ducts and ceiling features. Everything looks great and passed inspection on the first try.

They provided and placed a Tesla Charger in my garage, after adding voltage to my electrical panel. The two men that came out were wonderful and did an excellent job. The sales people in the office, however, tried to insist that they had to use a universal charger and APP, because "they only sell Coil products". The technician knew likewise and got the product and installed it. I got what I really wanted and saved a lot of money! They adjusted the bill without question or comment. I am now very pleased but the only Stars that I can give are for the technicians!

Coil & Brda Electric were fantastic with installing my Wallbox charger. They were responsive, communicative, and professional. They did an excellent job of designing where to put the charger and had helpful suggestions along the way. I would definitively recommend both.

Rarely write any reviews, but if you are installing an EV charger in the Bay Area there is no better company.

The installation team was equally as good, and it was installed in a complex building. They ran a tight shop had to cut some minor holes and patched them. Installation works and looks great.

Very professional company. Very responsive, responding within a day if not hours. Installation was professional and the installer knowledgeably. Installation was very clean. Inspection was easy. I obtain the charger station from Coil and I am glad I did as they knew the right way to do it and no issues with the inspection.

The coil folks were really great. Very responsive and helpful over email, on time or ahead of schedule for the installation, quick to come in and out, and they cleaned up everything before they left. Now i've got a really convenient way to charge my electric vehicle. Would definitely recommend for work in the future.

COIL completed my wall charger installation within 2 hours without having to shut my power down while I worked from home. The charger was installed exactly where I wanted it mounted and it looks great. They are professional and has great communication from quoting to scheduling.

Coil was responsive and easy to work with, even when we had to reschedule a couple times due to changes on our end. The day of the job, Vladimir arrived on time and was incredibly easy to talk with, explaining things well for a layman so I knew exactly what he was going to do. The end result was very cleanly done (they had to run the electricity for a long distance on the exterior of our house, due to the location of our electrical panel). Really happy with this service and would be happy to work with Coil again in the future. A top notch operation, through and through.

You get a quote in a fairly reasonable time, but no know responds to emails or text, answers or returns phone calls if you have questions. What kind of business is this?

Very responsive customer service people made a complex process easier than it could have been. The installation crew did a good job and were friendly. Of 3 bids COIL was the lowest cost and included the best parts.

The whole process took longer than I had hoped but I'm pleased with the result.

Fernando and Jaime arrived on time and finished the installation of our Tesla EV charger in about 5 hours. Our electrical box is at the back of the house while the garage is in front which made this a slightly longer installation. They took care to explain what they were doing every step of the way and also made sure to confirm where we wanted the conduit to be run to ensure a clean appearance. After the job was finished, they swept up and cleaned any residual dust and debris. They were mindful of our property as they went in and out of the house, even taking off their shoes when requested. We would highly recommend COIL for an EV charger install.

My neighbor used coil electric a couple months ago to install their electric car charger. They had a great experience and came highly recommended. I will say that my experience was ver similar. Other than a slight scheduling issue and them needing to come back a second time coil was great. The installer Aaron and his apprentice Henry did a great job. They arrived on time and made quick work of it. Waiting for the inspector took the longest but the work passed without issue.

got my EV charger installed for my little Rasberry. Took kinda long at the start and once they got to my case (i feel it was 2-3 weeks) everything went smooth, they are quick and efficient, communication was good between me, Coil and the installer, got it all done the day it was supposed to, in spite of the installer's confusion (they came very late). the distance between box and charger were greater so I had to pay extra, but it's not their fault. I'm happy with the install, cables are barely visible, goes nicely in the garage and works well. definitely happy with the end result in spite of all the rest mentioned, i feel they did their best, so we're cool
