Lots of light fixtures and bulbs for your needs. Also good selection on EMT and EMT accessories. Good selection on electrician tools. No so good on bits and impact related tool supplies. Only has SDS masonry bits.

Staff weren’t helpful at all and didn’t even try to answer my question

Horrible Custumer service, I was there to get some supplies and everyone disappeared on me, I ask the cashier, a lady on her 30’s, that I need help find something and she said on a rude voice quote “you have to wait sir” than the guy that walk off on me came back and start to help the other guys that just showed up, and after I told him that I was there first he replied that someone was already helping me. Than he ringed half of my stuff and I had to go back and ring the pipes that I told them I needed. I don’t think they want any new business here, going to BK electric next time, always friendly stuff.

Because of the led light bulbs, the first transformer I bought didn't work. I called the store. the staff was very helpful allowing me to bring my ceiling light there to test it making sure that I got a correct replacement transformer. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Just needed some wiring and they were more than happy to help! If you need lighting or wiring this seems like a good place.

Probably not the worst but certain not something worth recommending.

Poor customer service, overall a lot of those ppl have an attitude. Bought a plug mold that is broken and want me to put everything back together and they need to test it. They could have test it right there.
And everything is not returnable and you only get store credit. I don't know if any other shops in SF do that.

BUYERS BEWARE, DECEPTIVE RETURN POLICY! I bought over $100 of merchandise at this store, merchandise which was picked out by a store clerk. When I decided to return the light bulbs they told me it was too degraded to be returned despite me asking them for any sort of technical measurement to show the degradation. The lightbulbs still function as normal and I have offered to have them test them in any instrumentation that they have to show any quantitative measurement of degradation and they refused and instead rejected the returns outright.
The return policy states 20 days with original packaging and receipts, and (presumably same working condition), and yet the store clerk uses some arbitrary qualifier that he cannot quantify to reject a return.
I even accepted in store credit for the return but they flat out says they cannot accept this return. Will *definitely* not shop here any more and I'm recommending others to do the same.
