Amazing amazing!! Don’t think even twice!! I scheduled a cleaning today which was answered so quickly and scheduled today-same day!! My daughter is a very busy physician and just got overwhelmed with keeping up with cleaning her apartment. Clean Cozy Homes stepped in immediately and the apartment has never looked better! I’ll start off by saying 10/10 would recommend! This business’s communication is top notch and they are so efficient in what they do. We requested pre move in/post construction cleaning and when we arrived the place was totally spotless! The business owner is incredibly kind and thoughtful. The team from Clean Cozy Home were friendly, prompt, and absolute cleaning rockstars - my shower has never looked shinier! The customer service was terrific too: they not only accommodated my last-minute request, but finished the cleaning more quickly and less expensively than others I’ve tried. Completely recommend!

I needed a last minute cleaning for a space of 1,000sf in a home (specifically, the entertaining area), and with limited time available at the home. Clean Cozy were very responsive and accommodating. There was excellent communication (text) throughout, including follow up afterwards to make sure we were happy with the cleaning (it was great!).

Careful with this place. I was quoted $79 when I made a reservation over the phone for upholstery cleaning. When the guy showed up, he said that quote was just a basic price and the actual price was over 3x that initial quote. Add to that, they had to re-schedule multiple times, and the guy reeked of cigarette smoke, so our place smelled pretty awful for the next day.

Prices were competitive, and the services they off are fantastic. I even have them coming back to clean our HVAC. And our repairman (Darius) was awesome. Will use them again, and will request Darius.

Johnny was our tech and he was thoughtful and professional. He explained he was going to do. He allowed me to see the carpets once he was done. We had them done as part of moving out of a house. I’d endorse them to friends and family. Great job Johnny!

Alfred and Callie were awesome! Cleaned my tile floors and shower. Alfred talked me through and made sure I had what I needed and told me what I didn’t need. superb customer service! Will be using him again next year. My floors and shower look amazing!

austin: what a find. i wish i had snapped a before and after picture. my small pug had been running wild in his favorite areas, and my cream-colored carpets were in serious need of a clean. i was stunned at how good the carpets looked afterwards, as i assumed some spots were doomed to be forever dirty. enter austin and team: the place looks amazing. he also put in long hours and fitted me into his schedule last minute. if i could, i'd give him 10 stars. such a dedicated worker. thanks austin!

thanks to austin for rescuing my carpets! i was worried i'd have to get rid of them because my cat had so many accidents, but decided to try a cleaning service before doing anything drastic. now my carpets don't have any pet odors, and i saved a lot of money by not needing to replace them. austin was very professional and friendly. i will definitely use this service again for any carpet cleaning needs and highly recommend them!

I recently had three sectional rugs and two rotating chairs thoroughly cleaned. Cesar and Austin showed up punctually and displayed high professionalism. They took extra precautions, covering their shoes and laying down blankets to place their equipment on. They started by vacuuming the carpets and chairs, and then proceeded to clean. They did an excellent job in removing stains from one of my chairs and revitalizing/cleaning my rugs. They were considerate enough to ask my cleaning preference; steam or low moisture. I opted for the low moisture method as it dries quicker. If you are in San Francisco and need a top-notch carpet cleaning service, I highly recommend this team!

The technician began the carpet cleaning by inspecting the rug and getting the equipment ready. When I asked about shoe covers, he put them on before bringing in the hose for the next step. He wore the covers while moving in and out to get the rest of his tools, which helped keep the floors clean. There were a few small concerns during the rug cleaning, but Cesar made sure everything was handled well. I spoke with a representative at Zen Carpet Cleaning who listened carefully and made sure I was happy with the results. One small issue doesn’t reflect the whole company, so I will definitely use their carpet cleaning service again.

Our old, dirty carpets have been completely revitalized! After moving into a relative's home, we found the carpets and rugs were in need of serious cleaning due to accumulated dirt and dust. Despite our best efforts, we couldn't get them clean. Then I saw an advertisement online and quickly got a response to my questions. The communication was excellent, and the cleaning work was outstanding. Austin managed to remove years of dirt and even tough stains! He was also very flexible with my schedule. I will certainly be reaching out for carpet cleaning services again. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend this service—10/10! I can’t say enough good things!

We had Zen Carpet Cleaning take care of our carpets a while back. After our first great experience, we decided to call them for a second cleaning. To our surprise, instead of waiting a week, they were able to come the very next day. We were thrilled with the improvements they've made since our last visit. The carpets look even cleaner than before! The team was knowledgeable and went over everything with us before starting the job. Everything was handled in a professional manner. We highly recommend their services to everyone and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Cesar showed up right on time, which is rare these days! He cleaned three rooms, the stairs, and a small upholstered child's chair in my home in San Francisco. For carpet cleaning, the stairs were counted as a room, and he gave me a discount on the child's chair since it was small, even though it needed just as much attention as a regular chair. The total price for everything was lower than I expected, which was a great surprise. Before starting, Cesar put down a mat on the porch, placed corner protectors, and put pads under any furniture that couldn't be moved out. He pre-treated some tough spots more than once to make sure they came out clean. Cesar worked hard until he was happy with how everything looked. When he finished, the carpets and chair looked almost brand new. I am very pleased with the results and would definitely hire him again. Excellent work!
