My rug came back with an extremely strong smell of perfume and the carpet was not cleaned. I tried to call back to have them take another look or refund, but they either keep hanging up on me or say the their manager will call back (which hasn’t happened)

devin helped me pick out my carpet. he was really patient and knew a lot about carpets. devin took care of my order from start to finish. the person who measured my rooms showed up right on time, used a laser tool, and measured all three rooms fast. he saved the measurements so devin could double-check everything. the carpet installers worked quickly, stayed focused, and even cleaned up after themselves—they vacuumed too! i also needed a new threshold between my living room and dining room. the person devin sent did a great job, removed the old threshold, cleaned up the old glue, and put in the new one. he even cleaned up his mess. the corners look perfect. excellent carpet cleaning and installation, i'll definitely use them again and tell my friends.
