I can’t say enough good things about Susana and her team. I have been using them to clean my homes for the last 4 years and I’ve never been disappointed. They are prompt, efficient and always do a fantastic job! We are moving across the country so I know I will miss their smiling faces. I have been working with Susana and her crew for many years for housecleaning. They are excellent house-cleaners; thorough and meticulous, never rushing or cutting corners, noticing details that I might easily overlook, such as corners and dust on lights. They are also very friendly, easy-to-work with and well priced.

Additionally, Susana's husband Luis is a top-notch painter and handyman who has helped me paint and fix numerous problems in my house, including holes in the wall. He also just painted our deck and we hope to get more painting done soon. (With 3 very active boys living in our house we seem to have issues like holes in the wall, and doorknobs pulled out on a regular basis.) Thank goodness for DAASH to help me keep my house from falling into complete chaos!

Workplace teams in SF: if you’re ever in a serious time crunch, Empire Fresh Cleaning is the vendor to call. “No” genuinely didn’t seem to exist in their vocabulary. They stepped in without hesitation and even tackled services I didn’t think a cleaning team would be capable of handling. From deep cleaning to helping support a full spatial reset ahead of installation, launch, and activation work, they showed up like true operational partners.

They’re reliable, incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and somehow still probably have the most competitive rates in the game.

I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning service. During their visit, they caused damage to my air fryer by pulling out a wire—something I only discovered immediately after the cleaning was completed. When I raised this issue with them, they outright denied any responsibility. However, the itemized cost breakdown I signed clearly stated that their service included cleaning the outside of all equipment, which makes it entirely plausible that the damage occurred during that process.

Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, they became increasingly aggressive. Because I refused to pay the remaining balance until the damage issue was resolved, they began threatening me with late fees—despite the fact that I never signed any agreement outlining penalties for late payment. They even threatened to send the matter to collections, which felt more like intimidation than customer service.

I ultimately paid in full just to put an end to the situation, but I will never use this company again. Not only was their service careless, but their handling of the aftermath was unprofessional and, frankly, alarming. If you’re considering hiring them, I strongly urge you to proceed with caution and be prepared to document everything thoroughly.
