Mause did a really thorough job cleaning our windows and even offered to clean the inside free of charge. Highly recommend them!

Mause and Isabel (sp?) are really incredible. They are professional, thorough, honest, direct, and diligent. We are a family of 5, 3 teenagers in the house. I haven’t had any aid with housecleaning since the SF shelter in place rules began in 2020. So our house was in desperate need of a deep clean. All I can say is: Mause delivered.

This was the first time that I used the service. They came highly recommended, and they lived up to their reputation. They dusted and organized everything from the ceiling all the way down. Every little thing in my apartment was dusted and cleaned And put in place meticulously. Even my toaster was cleaned of every crumb and polished. My shower door. Was so clean that my grandson thought it was open and bumped into it. I hope this is the beginning of having them on a regular basis.

Mauselio was a great help for my move. He was very flexible and let me add some extra services. He stayed until late to make sure everything was done. Everything was spotless when he left. Thanks again!

Mause set the appointment to clean my house , agreed and scheduled it between 0900-1000 am but NO one showed up at all! By 1130am, Mause finally responded to my text messages and said the cleaners are on their way. I WILL NOT recommend this company!

Mause is excellent! I gave MCS Cleaning a call on a Wednesday before I was supposed to move out and Mause was able to come and provide a deep clean post move out on Friday. Mause had great attention to detail and cleaned everything tremendously. I would highly recommend MCS cleaning for your future needs.

They go out of their way to accommodate us as early as possible in their scheduling, they are incredibly thorough and effective in the cleaning they do, they are a pleasure to work with, and they leave the house in absolutely terrific shape. Hired them for a cleaning, they came on time and Andrea and Wendy did a good job. Hard working and pleasant and professional. They cleaned some heavy wood backsplash window in the kitchen that I thought was a lost cause. I feel mopping could have been better, but overall they went above and beyond in so many other areas (and we're time constraints) that this is ok for another day.
10/10 recommended them.

My housemates and I got the Living Social deal. Mr. Mause was friendly over the phone while scheduling a date and time. My housemate said that they were a little late showing up, but that's completely understandable with traffic. They actually stayed after their scheduled time. The cleaning job they did was fantastic. Mause does a fantastic job cleaning our place! He's very easy to communicate with via text or phone! We have them come every 3 weeks and the leave the place spotless every time. I usually find that they even go above and beyond our initial cleaning quote/ask (they'll pull out all the cat toys from under the couch, dust/scrub the hard-to-reach places, and spend extra time on items that need it)

I've used M & J for 5 years at 3 different addresses in San Francisco. He's always done an incredibly thorough job. We have him come monthly and regularly tidy & and clean in between, but the house still always looks completely transformed when he's done. You can find cheaper cleaning services on one of the platforms, but it's absolutely worth it to go with their service. Can't recommend enough!
