I have used Mause since 2016 for my apartment, and have used him on a rental my company used to own, also. Mause and his crew are the best! They are always willing to go the extra mile to honor my requests, always on time, super friendly and communicative, and I am always grateful to come home to a pristine apartment! I don't know what I would do without them. Their prices are super reasonable and he even comes to feed my cat if I go out of town for a small fee. I also really trust Mause and his crew. They have never let me down. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your place of living or business. You won't regret giving them a try!

I’m a Realtor who hired M&J cleaning services for my client’s who were moving in to their new home. The place was filthy and they did an amazing job getting everything to look spotless/new again. I called multiple places around the Bay Area and spoke with the kind owner Mauselio who booked me last minute at a very reasonable price. My clients were very happy with his services and are comfortable enough now to move in to a clean home. The cleaning services did not take long at all even though the house is humongous, I was surprised at how quickly they were done. I will only use M&J for all my cleaning related services from here going forward & will recommend them to everyone I know! Mauselio really takes pride & care in what he does and it shows through his attitude, work ethic, and quality!

Communication was excellent and timely. I needed services after work ( about 5 p.m)and Mause was very accommodating with my schedule. I got move in cleaning done for my new apartment and move out deep cleaning of the older apartment and everything was completed thoroughly. I have since used their monthly cleaning services and highly recommend them.

Mause is wonderful to work with. When you meet people sometimes you get a sense of their good or bad vibe and Mause has all the friendly hard working down to earth attitude so you know he’s taking care of your home. He came to clean our property and we had a misunderstanding about what was and wasn’t included in the cleaning fees but he resolved the issue quickly. From my experience set clear expectations, and it’s important to specify what gets cleaned and what doesn’t. He’s very responsive and easy to work with. We are just speechless how clean the bathrooms and kitchen were from their previous conditions! Look at the oven! It’s harder and harder to find good people to work with now a days and Mause is a gem. I will continue to work with him and his team.

I am so grateful for Mause Ramirez! He helped me out on such short notice!! I called him at 8:30am and he was at my house by 2pm same day!! I was throwing an annual summer party and the windows needed serious cleaning! Mause did such a great job! My windows were squeaky clean! The windows are large and pretty high so wasn’t the easiest job, again, very grateful for Mause’s availability! He was professional, helpful, friendly, and quick! Thank you again for doing such a great job! Will def be seeing him again! 10/10 all around!

I had the unfortunate experience of having a tenant leave a large 5 bedroom apartment in an extremely dirty and disgusting condition but I was very happy that Mauselio came right away to give me an estimate to do a deep cleaning. The estimate was very reasonable given the condition of the premises. He was able to send a crew out very quickly and they did a great job of packing up the tenant's possession and debris and cleaned everything from walls to cabinets, appliances, windows and floors. I would highly recommend this cleaning service and will call on them again in the future.

Mause and his team have been cleaning my house twice a month for nearly 10 years. Isabella is always so friendly and does a great job. Mause is very easy to communicate with if there are any needed adjustments to cleaning or schedule. I feel comfortable leaving the care of my house to them while I am away and am very happy to have a cleaner I can develop a long-lasting relationship with.

After months of trying to replace our house cleaner Ms, using social media, we finally got success through MCS Cleaning. After 3 months of using this company, I highly recommend MCS Cleaning Services for your cleaning needs. I recommend asking for Mause; he will make sure you get quality service.

I contacted Mause for a Moving Clean and he was very responsive and well-mannered. He gave me a reasonable quote and detailed the scope of the work. His team arrived on time and did a great job. For 3 bed 3 bath, took them about 4 hours (obviously depends on the house). Very easy to work with. One thing to note is all my interactions with Mause was over text, which was very convenient; it may seem informal but I didn’t mind at all.

I had a great experience with Mause and his team doing a post construction clean at my house. One reason I chose to work with Mause was due to his professionalism -- he provided a written quote within hours of visiting, with prices broken down and information on his services, when other companies would just give a verbal flat quote. He and his crew were punctual and very easy to work from start to finish. I recommend their service and would easily consider working with them again in the future.

A crew of 3 cleaned for 2 hours and everything was spotless. They even cleaned the door as they left! I am very satisfied.

I’ve now hired MCS three times to clean three different homes and I am more and more impressed each time. SO THANKFUL for their work. They are all incredibly kind and very efficient with their work. I’m planning on having then come on a more regular basis because there really aren’t many things better than a sparkling clean home

They came and did a move out cleaning service on my three bedroom apartment and they did amazing. They cleaned out the heater even! I am a little embarrassed to say that my bathroom was a disaster and I actually thought our glass doors were frosted. After they cleaned my bathroom, I was shocked because turns out our shower doors were clear glass!! they cleaned all of the windows, the blinds, and they pulled the stove and the fridge out from the wall and cleaned behind it and underneath and got all of the places I didn’t even realize were dirty. I am so satisfied with their service, I wish I could have afforded a larger tip. I will definitely use again!! if you are looking for a solid, reputable, amazing cleaning service then MCS is your best bet.

Mause did an amazing job cleaning all of our windows! We have quite a few, including two skylights, that hadn't been cleaned in quite a while and were covered in cobwebs, dust and pollen. Mause was friendly, professional, efficient and went above and beyond getting the windows sparkling clean and looking like new. He even went so far as to take down any other spiderwebs he saw on the exterior siding. Will definitely be having MCS Cleaning back to keep our windows maintained!

Excellent service! Mause arrived right on time and was incredibly professional throughout. He was also very flexible and accommodating when we asked for a few additional tasks beyond cleaning our balcony and patio. The entire space looked spotless afterwards. I would highly recommend MSC for any indoor or outdoor cleaning projects. Their attention to detail and customer service really stood out.

I was in the last stages of moving out of my apartment that I lived in for 12 years. I just couldn’t physically clean the place in time. I found MCS on google and spoke with Mause. He was so accommodating and ensured me that they could do the job. The cleaning crew was awesome. They handled everything for me and the results were amazing.
