Preston and the Rose Pro team do a great job. They are punctual, courteous, and thorough - into “above and beyond” territory. After our first cleaning, I was pleasantly surprised (delighted?) to find our toaster oven and coffee maker restored to like-new appearance. Communication was good throughout the process. You know how we recognize mental health as important nowadays. Well, coming from work at 2 am, I walked into an oasis - our home after a "Rose Pro Cleaning". I took one breath, sensing the feeling of Zen crawling from our clean house all the way inside my being. I felt peaceful and elevated, like after a therapy session followed by a spa day. A few more steps in and I had to run upstairs- shower, put on a clean PJs, snuggle into freshly washed bedding and give in... to the joy and relaxation... Well, the snuggling came later. First, the curiosity dragged me around the house, discovering what else Rose Pro Cleaning had revealed about this place since I left in the morning. "Hello there, my house:-)!".

In honesty, I've never had a professional cleaning service done in our rented 2-story townhouse in San Francisco. I've been on the other side, however. When I first moved to SF, I helped a friend clean houses for his cleaning business. To top it off, I'm one of those anal-retentive people who will check every corner and nook and will expect the best or nothing. Rose Pro Cleaning pleasantly surprised me. Spotless bathrooms, no more unidentified objects, reclaimed floors and surfaces, organized kitchen, clean oven and microwave!! (Wait, we had those?)

They even improved on my "lazy" system of 5 garbage bags in the trash can. Well, you'll have to talk to them to find out.

What impressed me the most, however, were the small things, the extra work, and the attention to detail. They scooped the litter box and changed the kitten's water. They fixed the drapes and even tucked furniture labels away to knock me off my socks right from the get-go. To finish it off, they wiped out the baseboards with a dry sheet, dusted the light fixtures, and removed the teenage makeup from fabrics and doors.

If I were to suggest an improvement, it wouldn't be on the cleaning side of the business. The team knows how to make your home and mood sparkle. I was ready to book 5 therapy sessions, ops - 5 cleaning sessions with Rose Pro Cleaning at 3:30 am. I was sold. A simple QR code on a company flier would have made it easy. I have talked to the owners since, and I know they are working on some awesome Spring Cleaning packages.

I am looking forward to booking with them.

Preston and his crew did a great job deep cleaning my 3 bedroom 1 bath home. He came out to see the job in person and gave me a reasonable quote. It was newly renovated and was very dusty and dirty! They went above and beyond and cleaned every inch of my home. Will use their services again!
