Great service! On Saturday afternoon, we requested Move-in cleaning on Sunday morning and luckily Heromaid was able to accommodate us on the short notice. Evelyn and Shayla came on time and cleaned the bathrooms, windowsills, mirrors, cabinets, and drawers, vacuumed and mopped and probably dozens of other things I didn’t notice. They were very nice and listened to my points of emphasis and made sure I double-checked their work after they were finished. Very happy with their work and will definitely request them again!

Shayla and Evelyn from Heromaid just finished cleaning my house. They arrived on time and were very friendly, very professional, very hardworking, and left the house clean and smelling fresh. They even folded the toilet paper and paper towels into cute Halloween creatures (a bat, a vampire, etc.), which was a cute surprise for my two toddlers! John from customer service was also very helpful, when my online reservation didn't go through. He quickly helped schedule me in for the same day, and made sure to promptly follow-up with me and answer all of my questions. Overall, I'm extremely happy with their service and wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future.

Heromaid makes your experience very easy to schedule. They are accommodating and understanding. However, that’s not the best part. Evelyn goes above and beyond with her service. She tackled our 3BR/2Ba all by herself for a deep clean in 3.5 hours. The bathrooms are spotless and the kitchen looks brand new. She even made our bed and folded the towels making us feel like we’re at a resort. I highly recommend Heromaid, especially with Evelyn. She was referred to us and we cannot imagine having anyone else. Save yourself the trouble and book Evelyn through Heromaid.

I have three boys and I was moving out of aThree bedroom apartment I was in desperate need A deep cleaning And thorough clean up Of my unit.I had mattresses headboards old clothing Washing Machine and a dryer and a couple of old computers. I called a couple of places I saw on TV but they were too expensive and weren't available when I needed them. That's when a co worker referred me to Bay area hoarder. I called and left a message and within 15 minutes they called me back they were able to accommodate all of my requests. After the removal of all of the junk they were got started cleaning the apartment room by room from windows to the base boards bathroom's and the kitchen they even referred me to a carpet cleaning service. And the best part is I got back90%of my Security deposit back from the apartment complex.

Very Professional company…Excellent service. Showed up on time! My mother has lived in San Francisco for over 49 plus years so the amount of things my mother has accumulated was kind of mind blowing! But Ron and his crew came in didn’t blink. They cleaned out her home and garage in about 8 1/2 hours. I was very impressed. I would definitely hire this company again for the smallest to the biggest job.

Do not do business with someone that does no pay their bills. Over 2 years old and still no response, owner has blocked my calls.

Bill and the CCM crew were so fast to respond to a disaster situation we had at one of my commercial properties. The did such a great job and I've started using them regularly.

Have used this company for my apartment complex in Sausalito many times. It's a hard building on a hillside and was long overdue with rain water streaks plunging 4ft from the top. They removed everything. Easy to work with.
