I’ve been using Bin Cleaners on a monthly basis for 2years now. I have all 3 bins cleaned. It’s been a great service and they do an amazing job. We have several dogs and the cans gets smelly. My bins are so clean and fresh. I look forward to the service each month; fun to see the process.
They are a local, independent small business and it’s been great seeing them grow.

We saw their truck and decided to give it a try by cleaning our green bin.

We like that they are eco-friendly and found them to be customer-friendly as well. Signing up for services online was a little confusing, but it worked. I was easily able to speak with someone on the phone and now they send text messages, which I find convenient.

I signed up for quarterly cleaning of just the green bin. They thought there was a truck in the area and they could do so that day (as long as the bin was still empty). After I signed up, I was informed that the truck was just leaving the area and could they do it the next morning. Fine with me - no need to waste time and fuel.

At 7am the next morning, the truck appeared in front of our home and the guy cleaned all three of our bins! I went out to ask him and he said, no worries, he'll just clean the one next time. No additional charge.

Very nice people. Nice service (who needs a stinky, dirty green bin attracting critters and flies?).

Superb service! I asked Valiant Facility Solutions for an Airbnb reset and additional cleaning after the renters left while I was out of the country. They always arrived on time and started off with sending me pictures of how the renters left my place, asked questions about details while the cleaning was ongoing, and kept me updated with pictures again after cleaning was complete. I am a property manager and have to coordinate a ton of different service providers. Our technician, Mike, went above and beyond even after I had complicated things and had to change our arrangements at the last minute. He even drove to come pick up a key from me when I was unable to meet him. He was professional, accommodating and kind. Mike helped with getting an area rug cleaned and he was prompt and very quick! He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated. He was done cleaning the area rug in 40 minutes or so. The rug looks new and is still very soft. Will definitely be using this service again! Thanks so much.

I needed to get the carpet on two sets of stairs cleaned (32 stairs overall). The whole process was great! Making the appointment was quick and easy. Mike arrived on time, was/is very friendly and most importantly, did a great job. The stairs look brand new! At one point, Mike showed me how much dirt he was getting off the stairs during the hand/rag scrubbing stage and it was significant! I will definitely use Chem-Dry by Leonard again and will ask for Mike!

I have used Chem Dry many times and they never disappoint ! Mike came today and he was on time, worked efficiently and was incredibly thorough. He went above and beyond as well- cleaning two levels of very dirty white carpet used constantly by two smelly furry big dogs. Additionally, Mike is polite and listened well when i described what I needed done. The rugs look amazing and the smell is gone— with no chemical after-taste in the air!

Lead person Mike - delightful personality - and co-worker Leo were absolutely fantastic! They were respectful, kind, good listeners in terms of what the job involved, had A-1 work ethic, and did a beautiful job.
