We just had Chem-Dry by Leonard clean five of our wool area rugs, and once again, they did an extraordinary job. This was the second time we’ve used their service, and it reinforced why we returned to them. With pets in the house, we had some stubborn stains and odors, and the team went the extra mile to make sure everything was removed and the rugs were fully deodorized. The difference is remarkable.

What really stands out is the care and professionalism—they returned the rugs, unrolled each one in our home, and encouraged us to inspect everything for approval. The quality of their work is top-notch, and the customer service is equally impressive. It’s rare to find a company that combines such skill with such thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

Michael was lovely to work with, took his time and did his best to remove the stain from my carpet. It was a tough stain to work with but he did a great job!

Five stars for Mike and the ChemDry team. Mike arrived exactly on time and acted with professional courtesy. I requested an appointment and they scheduled <24hrs later. He cleaned our bed headboard and the results look fantastic. Mike worked efficiently and left the area spotless.

Mike did a great job. All the basics, right on time, courteous, efficient and did a great job cleaning my old carpets.This is what you would expect but don’t always get these days. 1. He took the time to focus on a few problem areas 2. Was conscious and respectful of my pets. 3. Understood our family was getting ready for school. We didn’t want to get in his way, but he worked around us not wasting any time. 4. He was a real nice guy. He got the carpets looking super clean which brought new life to the look of my house. (Landlord will not renew the floors.) so worth it. I like the way Chem Dry by Leonard doesn’t use crazy chemicals. It also dries quickly so I could put all my furniture back in about 4 hours. Overall Good experience.

First time customer. Just got my large couch and chair cleaned this morning by Michael. Wow! What a difference. They look brand new! Also the promptness of reply, communication, and arrival is unparalleled. Michael was detailed, yet efficient and so professional and kind. Hospitality seems second nature to this team. We have large antique area rugs and are repeat customers of chem Dry By Leonard.They consistently do a Beautiful job and are careful and conscientious. Leonard is a pleasure to speak with on the phone and provides fast appointments. Our technician Michael was a true professional, even our cats liked him!

$150 for an area rug + pet stain treatment. Easy appointment set up and they were able to fit me in a few days earlier than originally scheduled. Michael, the technician, called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He was exactly on time and very professional. Took him around an hour to clean and the rug is now good as new.

Mike did a tremendous job cleaning two area rugs, an upholstered bed and a couch, chair and ottoman at our home. The rug is showing colors we haven’t seen in years and everything smells extremely clean. I will note he also showed up early, which was nice.

Very fast communication and service. Scheduling was easy, sent in a request online and received a call quickly to finalize the appointment. Michael called with an eta the morning of the appointment and arrived right on time. He explained the process and options very well and did NOT try to upsell me. The price was reasonable for the job and he was finished in a reasonable amount of time and gave a good time estimate for the job as well.
