Marvin and his team were super helpful and efficient. They came to Berkeley in short notice to do a house cleaning at an affordable cost. 10/10 would recommend.

I can not praise Marvin and his crew enough. They were superb and had the most amazing work ethic I have ever seen. They cleaned up an extremely bad situation in a listing of mine that had junk, a tree fell in the roof, and it created mold all over the junk. Marvin and his crew cleaned it all up, tore out the sheetrock, and went the extra mile and never complained. I knew when I met him that he was a special and kind person and he gives off the most positive and wonderful vibes. I knew he was the right one for the job. THANK YOU so much for doing a job that was one of the worst anyone has seen. I can not sing them praises enough.

Because of my severe hoarding and depression I hadn’t been able to sleep in my room for almost three years. Marvin was so kind and understanding with the situation and his team was kind and friendly and not judgmental at all. They reassured me and transformed my room from a giant mess to somewhere I can start over. These people are great at what they do, and words can’t express how amazing they are. I spoke with Marvin and he was informative, responsive and very professional. I needed to have the interior passenger seat cleaned from human biohazard. I was surprised on how fast I got an appointment! The interior of my car looked great after Marvin worked on it. Smells and looks great. I would call Marvin again if his services are needed. I also found out he does carpet cleaning and hardwood floor. Did I mention that Marvin is really nice and he is proud of his work.

Professionals at their finest. Friendly people who know what they are doing. From removing rodent droppings, to heavy sanitizing removing mold on any surface, to removing appliances that are rusted or don’t work, they get the job done.

Marvin and his team were fantastic. There is no hidden surprises from them. They tell you what they will do. They also provide options if you need additional services.

Marvin and his team did an amazing job. It was a big haul but they got it done in a little under two days! They were flexible and very helpful in getting everything done we needed them to! They were timely, asked questions as needed, but most of all were safe, fast and efficient.

Marvin and his team supported me in cleaning up my elderly father's home. They were compassionate, good-humored, and hardworking as they helped with disposing of old food, trash, and rodent droppings from hoarding and rodent infestation. They worked quickly and effectively, while respecting my father's wishes. Marvin was great to communicate with and his team went above and beyond cleaning the home, including vacuuming rodent droppings and wiping down surfaces. After their work, the air in the house was breathable and the house was habitable again. Some areas were cleaner than they had every been in many years.

Marvin and his crew did a wonderful job cleaning two rooms. The rooms had been infested with rats. Marvin cleaned and sanitized everything. It is amazing how much better the rooms look and smell now.
