I got an area rug cleaned on short notice and they were able to get me a Saturday appointment since I work from home during the week. Great communication, super efficient, rug looks amazing. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Michael was great - very professional and friendly, arrived on time and explained the whole process before sanitizing my couch. I will definitely be using ChemDry by Leonard for furniture and rugs in the future.

Truly could not have asked for a better experience. I will never be renting a place with carpet again, but if I had to, I would only use Leonard’s services. Communication was great to book the appointment. I forgot his name, but the cleaner came right on time to assess the damage and helped me move some furniture out of the way so he could do work. He worked super quickly, was done within the hour. It wasn’t super wet afterwards and was very very clean. Highly recommend, you can’t go wrong with Leonard.

Michael did an excellent job cleaning the rug on our stairs. He took his time and focused on the areas that really needed attention. I no longer feel the need to replace the rug! Michael was also very nice to deal with. He confirmed the evening before and arrived when he said he was going to. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone wanting to have their rugs cleaned!

I recommend this company highly. From the initial phone call to the end of the job, they were professional, kind, and did a fantastic job on 2 rooms and stairs. I have a small dog, and wary of chemicals, hours of wet carpets, potent cleaning solution and there was none of it, just really clean smelling and fresh carpets. Michael who did the work was fantastic. He understood problem areas and did what it took to clean them. It is portable heavy equipment and we have many stairs. He managed those stairs and did it efficiently. I’ll use him again!

Easy to schedule and definitely most reasonably priced after calling around to several other cleaners. However, the cost was higher when they got to my house than what they had originally quoted. We had Mike come into our house during COVID, and it seemed like he tried to take precautions. He originally was only wearing a face shield, and we asked him to wear a face mask which he was happy to, but he did take the face shield off. However, he was wearing a mask with a valve, which is not at the same level of protection or effectiveness. Neither pet stain in my rug came out (I wasn't really expecting a miracle, but maybe just minor improvement? It looks worse if anything now) and there was some soap residue left on my sofa in a form of a light stain. I think the rug and sofa "feel" cleaner...? But not sure I see a big difference. Photos included are POST cleaning.

Michael from Chem-Dry was great — friendly, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. He tackled two well-loved couches and six chairs that had seen better days, and somehow made them look like showroom pieces. He was on time, respectful of our space, and walked us through everything. Total pro. Would absolutely ask for him again.

Excellent experience all around! Great phone service to get rough quote, I also sent images via email to get a more accurate quote. Scheduling was easy. Technician Michael arrived on time, and was super communicative about expectations. The start to finish cleaning took a smidge over 2 hours for 1 large sofa and 2 rugs. The sound was not disruptive, a low hum once you close the doors. Thanks so much for an amazing first time cleaning experience!

Excellent! Mike came by and gave an estimate with multiple options- we opted for a full deep clean of our common area carpets in our large apartment building, scheduled the following week- he showed up on time and throughly cleaned everything and even noticed a lot of small details that I wasn’t aware of- what a great experience! Highly recommend

Michael is amazing and delivers top-notch service! I had a cat urine stain on my couch and he really helped save the day and helped me feel at ease even though I was feeling anxious and embarassed! He is also extremely patient and customer service oriented - highly highly recommend him and Chem-Dry services!!
