I had a refrigerator that died. It was full of rotten food. Biohazard Pro-tec came when they said they would and took the necessary protective measures to remove the rotting food. They informed me that it was impossible to sanitize and deodorize the interior. They then said they could remove it which would be the best course of action. I agreed. The move was complicated and the guys showed great tenacity and ingenuity in navigating the large refrigerator/freezer out of the house and down the front stairs. They then cleaned up and moved the furniture that had to be moved. I am very grateful and relieved that they were able to do the job in about four hours. I hope I never have this situation again.

Marvin got back to me the following morning with a bid that sounded reasonable. The 2-3 week time required concerns me as I don’t have that much time. However, I am currently investigating my options and I plan to get back to Pro-Tec Because I felt they were honest in their assessment & ability to get the job done.

Biohazard pro-tech cleaning services in Vallejo, came out to service my house. I had an emergency cleanup job and it was after hours. I was very pleased to receive services. The cleaning crew did a great job! There was biohazard waste all over my house and He came out and got the job done in a timely matter. I definitely recommend there hard work 5 stars.

Very good experience with Marvin at Biohazard Pro-tec! It was such a relief to find his business. I woke up to a rather gross mess on the front of my house. He was responsive, on time, professional, and super friendly. I can tell he puts a lot of care into what he does. He was thoughtful about containing the mess and making sure it was all disinfected before he left. It is upsetting to have to deal with something like this but it helps knowing there are kind people out there to help out. If I ever need to I will certainly contact him again.

If you are behind in your house cleaning because of injury and/or depression and need a "reset", you don't need to be a traditional "hoarder" to get help. Reach out! These gentlemen did a wonderful job cleaning up nine months of depression garbage in a very tidy amount of time. They had to work with a tiny elevator and with cats underfoot and did without complaint, they were so kind and friendly and non-judgmental. Worth every penny we paid and then some.
