Two wonderful women have just left my house cleaner than it has ever been. They were so sweet, unbelievably hard working and meticulous. We have a seven month old, so chemical-free products and super clean floors are important. I love them so much we have booked them to come every other week, so I can focus on baby and business instead of scrubbing floors and tubs! I only wish I had found them sooner.

I was scimming through my credit card statements and noticed Natural Maidens. The crazy thing is I always paid them in cash for their cleaning job, both times (Dec/May), I called the company and they are fixing it. The cleaners don't speak good english but the job they do is okay. Perhaps its my fault for not checking sooner but if youre looking for a cleaning service give it a shot.

I would be cautious about how much time you are being charged for the services. I was in my apartment with the cleaner, who told me they would be done soon. I left about 1 and a 1/2 hours in thinking the cleaner would be done in 2 hours. There seemed like there was hardly anything left to do. I was charged for 3 hours. Customer service was pretty responsive, but I was still charged for 3 hours, so I would just keep that in mind.

Our cleaners were an hour late (with no advance warning) and left an hour early, leaving multiple rooms in our home un-cleaned or cleaned poorly. We were billed the full amount and called to ask that our bill be reduced to reflect that our cleaners did not stay the quoted amount of time and did not clean the agreed upon amount of rooms. Whoever handles billing refuses to speak with customers directly, so this has continued to go unresolved for 3 weeks. Terrible service and terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere!

I don’t understand any of the negative reviews on here. Most of them seem to be all customer error or complaints from folks who seem totally out of touch. Mistakes happen in *any* service involving human processes. Cleaners are not machines and it’s not like you can magically program a setting. They’re human and that’s why it’s all the more special when they do a good job, which for me, is on a weekly basis. Even if there is an issue, it’s how the company responds that makes all the difference anyway.

I once left a piece of plastic lying around that I ordinarily would have loved to have been thrown out without me even knowing. (One of the luxuries of the service.) But in this particular case I actually needed it. I could see why the cleaner thought it was trash though because in her defense, it was lumped into a pile with some other things I was going to throw out anyway. When I called NM, within 10 minutes they communicated with the cleaner by phone to find out where it has been disposed and it was super easy for me to retrieve it in my building. It was late at night so I didn’t expect them to pick up or get back to me so quickly. NM mobilized right away to help me fix the issue.

NM also sends cleaners who go the extra mile to get that doorway mopped, or fridge deep cleaned. It’s always a pleasant surprise to come home to a spotless apartment and even more of a delight to see when something you didn’t expect to get cleaned that well, was indeed done so!

In my experience of using NM for almost two years, I’ve gotten excellent, consistent cleanings using pet and child friendly solutions that don’t leave weird smells or toxic residue. Plus, the owner Angela has been nothing short of responsive, professional, and attentive. I have referred a few of my friends to NM and they’ve also been very happy.

I decided to go with Natural Maidens after extensive research for cleaning services. My gf was very skeptical of paying for cleaning as she has very high standards. The scheduling process was quick, easy, and very professional. Stefanny and her co-worker were very friendly and did a wonderful job. Kudos to Angela (the owner) and her entire team for a great experience! I will definitely be using them in the future.

Pretty average at best cleaning, tend to focus on the big easy stuff and skip all the down and dirty smaller details which is really why we had the cleaning service, but the real issue is with their office staff and customer service, once they have your payment info good luck getting them to let it go. Multiple requests to remove the service, remove my payment details, and the charges keep coming and calls and emails do me no good.

I get my apartment cleaned about once a month. This is my go to cleaning service company. They consistently do good work and the price always falls on or just below what they quote me for the job. I really like the fact that there are no surprises when I get my bill.

$90 for a studio apartment is steep to me, but then again this is San Francisco so what else do you expect? I've tried other companies in SF that are cheaper and my apartment just never looks as clean as when Natural Maidens does it.

They do seem to book up pretty fast so leave at least a few days to make an appointment. I have never been able to book a last minute cleaning with them.

I haven't been all that impressed with any of the local cleaners we have hired thus far. If I weren't holding a baby I'd be screaming this from our rooftop.

new day carpet cleaning is truly the best when it comes to getting carpets fresh and spotless. i've tried steam cleaning before with other companies, and it usually left my carpets looking worse, with new stains showing up and the old ones sticking around. but with new day carpet cleaning, that wasn't the case at all. calvin came out to my place in san francisco and did an amazing job. all the stains disappeared, and there were no new spots left behind. my carpet dried super fast, which was perfect for the warmer california weather. honestly, i've never seen my carpets look this good. if you're unsure or thinking about going with a cheaper option, i'd say definitely choose this company. the results are absolutely worth it!

I've used New Day Carpet Cleaning several times, and every visit has been fantastic. They've done an excellent job cleaning my parents' carpets, even tackling tough popsicle stains from the grandkids on the light-colored carpet. They also took care of an oil stain on my car seats and made the grout in our new house look fresh and clean. Robert and Wyatt are always professional, friendly, and work with great attention to detail. The prices are fair, and I like to follow their Instagram for special offers and discount contests.
