Do not use this carpet cleaner. I booked an appointment and when they came, the tech had an attitude and left my carpet, soaking wet where I was worried there was it was going to damage the floor underneath. I could lay a towel on top of the carpet and then wring it out. That’s how much water was left after the service.

Right after the appointment, I received the automated text asking if I was satisfied, I called and told them my concerns. I was transferred to a Sarah. Sarah wouldn’t let me speak and told me that I didn’t give it enough time to dry. She was incredibly unprofessional and kept trying to tell me that I need to be happy with the deal I got rather than complain about it.
I later got multiple texts and phone calls from the cleaning tech upset with me that I told on him.

Overall, save your money. Carpets are soaked, and not cleaned, customer service was horrible. Sarah the supervisor was embarrassingly unprofessional.
