The San Francisco Junk King people did an incredible job for us. From the owner to the workman they all went out of their way to make sure they did whatever they said there were going to do and did it in a timely and cost efficient manner. It was an outstanding experience at a particularly tough time in our lives. I can’t thank them enough.

Junk King San Francisco did a wonderful job! They were here right on time, moved all of the furniture I needed to move quickly and carefully.. They were very organized and moved everything I asked to have moved in a very efficient manner. And, they charged EXACTLY what they quoted. Would use them again if I had the need. Had an amazing experience today with Junk Kings on Pier 39. Our business on the pier. The young men that were there were amazing. Absolutely Amazing!!! They took everything that we needed to go, with no hesitation. Very kind to are staff. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this acomodating company. They did the job!

These guys were great. Came in with a *great* price, had to handle a long piece of metal and brought in a power saw to shorten it (along with handing all the other boxes and misc stuff) and they were fast. And then they swept the garage! Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

Junk King did a great job taking away all the debris of my move. I made the appointment online, and was able to get them out to my address the next day. Their communication was excellent, and their staff were courteous and attentive. TY so much!

I’ve used Junk King two times since moving back to SF. The service was affordable and efficient. I was given same day service and the moving guys removed the items quickly. They were both very personable and professional giving me answers to my questions and concerns. This recent haul away involved my Nordic track bike that started having significant issues recently.

Called them to arrange a pickup and they responded with an offer to come later the same day to give an estimate, and if the estimate was accepted they would start loading as soon as they had an agreement. We agreed on an appointment the next day (more convenient for me). They came midway through the appointed two-hour window. We agreed on a price and everything was gone, except for an old, partially filled, five-gallon bucket of paint. We’re very pleased with the service and appreciative of how responsive they were. I recommend them!

I’m Irish and I have worked with Latinos all my life, these guys were personable and intelligent, if they were unsure if an it was to be thrown out, they always asked.
I spent more than I intended but worth every penny.

The guys did a great job! There was a delay in them coming but the quality of their work overshadowed that detail. The guys were friendly and worked fast. It's such a relief to get rid of a houseful of junk. I have been wanting to do this project for years so to get it done. I enjoyed watching the junk getting thrown into the truck. Best of all the price estimate prices were reduced but ended up getting charged even less. Like $200 less. It was a nice surprise. I fully recommend them.

Junk King was fantastic! The gentlemen who came were friendly, professional, and efficient. They were very accommodating with removing items from our apartment, as well as our garage. The pricing was also very reasonable. I highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again in the future.

Reasonable pricing, but the ordering process is misleading and some interactions were unacceptable
I used this company’s dumpster service. The price was reasonable, and the dumpster was delivered and picked up on time — no issues there.
However, several parts of the experience were very disappointing. When I went to the website just to get a simple quote, I was forced to enter all of my personal information before seeing any prices. Immediately afterward, I received an email stating that a dumpster had already been scheduled for delivery, even though I never confirmed or agreed to place an order. This feels misleading and puts unnecessary pressure on customers.
When the driver arrived for pickup, he asked me directly for a tip — and suggested a minimum of $50. This was unprofessional and made the situation very uncomfortable.
On top of that, the driver took a photo of my credit card without clearly explaining why. This is a serious concern, and I did not feel safe with that kind of handling of my personal information.
Overall, while the price and timing were good, the company needs to address the misleading website process and ensure that employees follow proper professional and security standards.

Very efficient and professional.
I quickly scheduled the appointment online for the follow up week, prior the appointment they provided all the required documentation such us COI and workers compensation insurance, both requested by the management in my building.
They were very on time, made a quote on the spot and removed all the stuff in less than one hour!

We had the best experience with Junk King. Called on a Sunday morning and asked for mattress pickup and disposal. Kevin on the phone was very helpful and told us that someone could come in the next 2 hours. Communication from the pick up guys was superb and overall super quick! 10/10 recommend.

Excellent and friendly customer service over the phone. Fast and efficient pickup up of my stuff in a few hours.
I called them for the first time at 2pm. They were at my home at 4pm. same day. That's was what I really need to resolve the junk.
They gave me a great price to be first time customer.
I want to thanks all to resolve my issue in two hours. I highly recommend this company for everyone and for myself in a near future.
