We were so lucky that we were paired with Sharon Valera at GreenTerra Cleaning. She has cleaned our apartment a few times now and is incredibly thorough. She always leaves our space spotless.

It was such a relief to come back to a clean place after a long and hectic few weeks. Jose did an amazing job and was meticulous with a keen eye for detail in his cleaning services (even noticed dirty panes that we hadn't noticed). Looking forward to having him back again soon!

Lorena came back for the next cleaning! I was happy to see here because she did a good job the first time. This next cleaning is perfect and I am very happy with her work and her positive attitude! I could not ask for more.

I paid for a "Deluxe Cleaning" and got a regular cleaning. The cleaner was great -- I tipped her well -- but had to draw her attention to the things that needed extra attention and effort. She was sent here alone for a limited time and did the best she could on her own and in the allotted time, but it seems to me that she was not sent to do nor successfully set up to do a deeper cleaning. Also, I specifically stated that I wanted the person to mop the floor with a proper mop so that it is properly clean and not to use a "swiffer", which has become the housekeepers go-to and does not properly clean a dirty floor -- how could you deep-cleaner with a "swiffer", anyway? -- and she came armed with her "swiffer" and that's what she used. Lastly, the company charges for a deep cleaning but then tacks on additional charges for stuff that would logically be included in a deep cleaning (refrigerator, for example). I agreed to the extra charge for that without much complaint because the price was still reasonable. UPDATE: I upgraded my review from a 2 to a 3. The company called me the day after I posted my review and wanted to understand what went wrong and to make things right. They came back to my home and gave more attention where needed and that was much appreciated. What they use is not a swiffer but what I would call a swiffer because it looks just like one, but it is reportedly what is recommended by their professional association. I still would not recommend them for a deep cleaning ... I guess it's just me but it seems like most people don't really know how to seriously CLEAN, even those who are paid to do so, at least not like I was taught to clean and would like it done. This is at least the fourth cleaning service I have used in SF, including one contracted by the property management company, and none of them have cleaned like I know how to clean -- and how I would clean if I physically could right now -- and they always seem like they are in a rush, doing the basic or the minimum so they can get on to their next customer.

Opted for the deluxe cleaning and the team did a great job! Shoutout to Zenaida and Melba for their awesome work! Well satisfied and would be a return customer for this business in the future.

Jose is an exceptional house cleaner who treats my home with the same care and respect he would his own. He is meticulous, thorough, and has an impressive attention to detail, always checking in if he notices anything unusual or has a question. For example, he spotted some caulking coming off in the bathroom and offered to help fix it! Beyond his skill and diligence, Jose is thoughtful, kind, and brings a consistently positive attitude. I am always impressed with the quality of his work and the level of service he provides. I trust him and feel so grateful that he was assigned to work in my home. Highly recommend! Thank you, Jose!!

Jose is the best cleaner that I’ve ever had. My kids literally cheer when he’s gonna come to the house and I take great comfort in knowing that my house it’s going to be perfect by the time he leaves. Getting a house cleaned should be a magical, transformative experience that leaves you feeling very happy… If you’re not having that experience, then you should probably switch to this company. And if you’re smart, you will request Jose by name.

Also Jessica the supervisor and Brandon my weekly cleaner for my property are also great. So pro-active and a true pleasure to work with on a weekly basis!!!!

There's an ongoing battle in my home between me and dog hair. My corgi is a prolific shedder of fur and, despite my best efforts, I was losing the battle against fur tumbleweeds. When I realized it was time to call in reinforcements, my first call was to GreenTerra Cleaning.

Marjorie arrived precisely on time and ready to tackle the problem head on. I came home later that day to a sparkling, spotless and (most importantly) completely fur-free home. It would have taken me 3 weekends to get my house as clean as Marjorie did in a single afternoon. Some heros don't wear capes.

Cleaner Raquel Pacheco was excellent! Paid great attention to the services and areas I requested. Would definitely get this service again if my apartment was ever in need of it again!

This service exceeded our expectations — Rocio M did an incredibly thorough job. We requested a one room/one bathroom service with a focus on the kitchen. Within an afternoon, she cleaned the floors/baseboards, all vertical and horizontal surfaces, dusted shelves, cleaned the sink, toilet, and shower, and sanitized the trash can.

We did a little prep work beforehand to ensure things were out of the way so she could prioritize what we needed cleaned, but even though we didn’t move everything, Rocio was able to get in and around our home decor to clean (and she put everything back where it came from.) We are very impressed and so happy with the end result.
