They arrived in estimated window, did a great job, and were willing to do more when we asked. They wanted us to check their work before leaving to be sure we were satisfied. I will definitely use them again!

These people are dishonest as best, they took advantage of my 89 year old grandmother. After finding them in yelp, She gave them a try. They quoted her $180 to clean her one bedroom apartment. Before I showed up, they already had conned her into paying $85 extra for a solution that they added to a bucket of water that they sprayed over the carpet! I'm disgusted by these con artist's I hope they get shut down!

JJ and CC have maintained our offices for two years already. They definitely deserve a shoutout! Especially adter last weekend when we had a huge leak at the third floor of our office. We needed someone to cone at noght to help us extract as mich water as possible. I remembered that our janitorial company had helped us also eith carpet cleaning and asked them if they could help us extract the water and clean tge csrpet in the soaked carpet area. John, one of the supervisors, answered my call late in the day and arranged it so that his team could help us. I really appreciate their help as they were extremely helpful!

Glenn, our Zero-Rez tech, did a good work at cleaning our stairs and hallways, which were quite dirty due to being main traffic areas. I don’t have any “before” photos but here are the “after” ones. Glenn was polite, prompt and a positive representative of your company.

Both Leroy and Sebastian were professional and conscientious! They explained from beginning to end. We appreciated how they didn’t rush through the job.They cleaned carpets and steamed cleaned our tile floors. terrifc job!

We were quote $79 for a simple spot clean on a small carpet.
Technician was at the client's location for 25 minutes, convinced the client she needs a special cleaning fluid. We were charged almost $300 for the service. Spot was cleaned, but we feel robbed. We will not use them again.

Agreed with prior reviewer. Booked this company before moving to clean some rugs and couch. While the technician was nice, he was from a different company which was confusing. The actual cleaning was below the bare minimum of what was expected especially at >$100 per run. The rugs don't look much cleaner and the apartment has a wet mildewy smell to it. Also for payment they only accepted Zelle and cash which was not mentioned when I booked.

I am prone to allergies and respiratory issues. Since I’m moving to a new apartment I wanted my carpets steamed. The landlord had already cleaned the carpets but I specifically wanted to have my carpets steamed to disinfect it.
When I called Two Guys Carpet Cleaning on the phone and asked if they’re able to do steam cleaning of carpet, they say yes. So I booked them, appointment was a 3 hour time window of 2pm-5pm.
The technician was very late, arriving at 7pm. And when the technician arrived he is only able to do hot water extraction cleaning. He tries to convince me that it’s “steam” but the machine is definitely not hot enough to produce steam. I wanted to check how hot the water is so I asked and the technician let me touch the water sprayed from his machine’s nozzle. It’s only warm, no more than 140F. No hotter than my coffee in the morning. Not steam at all.
Now to be clear, the technician did a fine job with cleaning. But that’s not why I hired him. The company had mislead me on the phone to believe their machine can produce steam for disinfection. Bait and switch.
If you just want your carpet cleaned. They can do that just fine. But don’t believe what they say about steaming carpets.

johnathan was my primary point of contact. to my delight, he arrived promptly at the beginning of our 8-12 window. before his arrival, the carpet cleaning company sent a text enabling us to track him and know the precise moment he would arrive at our place in san francisco. johnathan was both effective and professional. he handled the moving of all our furniture and made sure it was put back in its place. the carpets are looking fantastic after their comprehensive cleaning!
