Liliane has been cleaning our home since January 2022. We initially had Liliane come every two weeks at a standing time but now have her come every 4 weeks due to personal preference.

Given work and kids' schedules, we often need some flexibility in terms of the date or time of cleaning. When coordinating our next appointment via text, Liliane is responsive and flexible when we need to reschedule things. Sometimes Liliane isn't able to confirm a specific time until later as she coordinates with other clients, or asks us to change the date, but this generally isn't an issue for us. Liliane and her team have also been very accommodating with cleaning around my wife and me as we're typically working from home while they're cleaning.

We aligned with Liliane up front on the tasks we were interested in being done — full clean of kitchen and bathrooms, vacuuming and dusting in all rooms, etc. We don't ask her to pick up after us, do laundry, or change sheets as we do those on our own schedule. There were a few times where we've given feedback on areas to pay more attention to and they now get handled.

Liliane regularly comes to clean with a partner. Of her partners, Hingredy ("Ingrid") has been working with us the longest — we have grown to trust and appreciate how thorough, reliable, and punctual she is. We're always very glad to see Hingredy, and she sometimes even cleans our home all on her own.

Liliane is also very friendly, always asks about our kids, and we enjoy catching up a bit during each visit. Thank you, Liliane and team!
