They showed up on time for our carpet cleaning appointment. The guys were friendly and professional. They treated our carpet, two area rugs, and a couch that really needed a good cleaning since we have kids and dogs. Everything came out great. It took about 12hrs for things to dry out.

We just worked with Bay Area Carpet Master today to deep clean our couch and they did an excellent job. Super responsive and we were able to get our couch cleaned in roughly a week's time after reaching out. All stains gone and they finished in less than an hour! We'd definitely work with them again and highly recommend.

Our cleaner Max was on was on time and did a good job. The rug and couch came very clean. My husband said it's like we got new furniture. We were charged the exact amount they quites us abd they didn't even try to upsell or offer any add-ons.

Requested this service as a gift for a friend who wanted to freshen up her place. Ben was really easy to work with for scheduling and preparation, and Peter did an amazing job cleaning rugs that have been let go for years. Hope to get them to come back to do upholstery and more later this year. Great prices, on time, and good job all around.
