Excellent service all around. Very communicative and friendly scheduling, super speedy and detailed cleaning. The carpet was dry in about 6hrs and looks great since that. The price was on the spot, exactly what they quoted on the phone. Thank you for the great work!

I sent out our area rugs to have them cleaned in their facility prior to our move. It took them only a week to bring them back sparkling clean and fresh. Both rugs were wrapped up in plastic ready for storage. Competitive pricing and great communication. Happy to recommend their services to anyone.

I own a very small, very old, very furry pug who is not easy on the carpets at times. I am a very large, rapidly aging, long-hair-shedding human who can be very messy at times. Bless Bay Area Carpet Master. I've used them several times, and they are AMAZING. When I say this last round of carpet cleaning was no easy chore, I'm not understating the matter. They did a phenomenal job, for an incredibly reasonable price. Two extremely nice workers, right on time, took exactly the hour they said it would. The owner is super responsive in email/communications, and just all around great. Carpets look and smell fantastic, will use them forever. Tip big, they are worth it!

I hired Bay Area Carpet Master to clean three of our oriental area rugs. They picked them up two days after I contacted them and they brought them back to me in less than two weeks. The rugs look great. The communication was great, the price was the best out of all the companies I contacted. The rugs came back in plastic wrap and special note from the owner. Top notch service.
