very good, really proud of the work they do and they pay a lot of attention to detail. they did a great job on my rug, like retwisting the tassels and adding tape to stop the edges from curling. maybe not the lowest price, but i wouldn't think twice about calling them again. one time i tried another cheaper carpet cleaning place, but they didn’t get my rug as clean or fixed up as well as san francisco carpet cleaning service.
