They were extremely professional and thorough. This was the first time we got our couch cleaned for 20+ years because we could not keep up with our little ones. Now that we did, they made it easy and effortless so they will be coming back annually. Plus the amount of dirt they got out was 😱. I can not recommend them more.

It was super easy to schedule the cleaning. We got one couch and the fixed carpet in our living area cleaned. It was a smooth process and a job well done.

The tech explains very well prior to clean and after the cleaning. It was about 20 mins. Pretty well done for the price.

DO NOT USE, will harass you if you leave a bad review. He’s spammed called me multiple times after i left this review. Thats not how you treat customers.

As for their response, i did leave the windows open and did not sit on it. They did not tell me to use a fan or anything (which i do have and would have used). Its really disappointing to see them blaming me when the owner is not aware of the situation.

Really disappointed with my experience here. I saw the good reviews and price point and was really excited.

A true cautionary tale that if you have a thick couch, you may have a mildew smell because they use too much water and don’t provide a fan to air dry it.

I contacted them afterwards and they just gave me some “smell treatment” but have ghosted me since even after telling me to contact them if the smell is still a problem.

I would spend more money and get a more professional service that doesn’t ruin your couch.

They completely saved our couch and gave it a second life.
