Great service and staff - couldn't be more happy with everything. After speaking to them via Yelp we quickly coordinated a time that fit with my work schedule. She arrived on time, did a great job and was efficient with her work.

Sunshine House Cleaning is excellent with communications, service and arrangements taking that little extra step to assist me with my hearing impairment.

Kenssy was such a sweet lady and excellent services. She brought tears of happiness and joy when she cleaned my old bathroom and kitchen! Wow! Loved it. My error was not taking a picture of what it looked like to how it is now and share. I will be definitely be using them again. Thank you so much

Our cleaners were amazing. We booked this company for a move out cleaning and they exceeded our expectations. They were thorough with the clean in every room even small details in the kitchen. It looks like our apartment is brand new and spotless. The price is unbeatable and the cleaners were respectful and kind. I will 100% hire this company again for any sort of cleaning services.

WARNING! DEADBEAT ALERT. There are plenty of honest, fair, and reliable cleaning companies. This is not one of them. Sunshine House Cleaning poured bleach on our floor (why???) and refused to pay for it to be fixed. (They also let their insurance policy lapse). We had to go to court to force Sunshine House Cleaning to do the right thing.

People pay for professionalism, punctuality, and the job done right I'm just saying‼️‼️‼️
I booked a cleaning with them, they never showed up. We were texting 30 minutes before the appointment time and they never said I'm going to be running late or I will need to cancel or anything. Now I'm on the hunt for a home cleaning service 🤷
So she showed up an hour and 15 minutes late saying that it took her that long to find parking

We've been using Sunshine for 8ish months now and love them. They are very responsive and helpful with scheduling; the team of cleaners is great and will cater their work to what is asked/needed. Tina is the best! Highly recommend

First time going through Sunshine cleaners and they were fantastic!! Very thorough and super reasonably priced.

We used this service twice. The first time, we felt satisfied with the work they did for the price so we decided to book them again. After they left the second time, we noticed our toilet draining a little slowly. We thought nothing of it and went along with our day. Unfortunately, the next time we flushed it, it overflowed! We called an emergency plumber who fished out what appeared to be a sponge (picture attached). We have NEVER flushed a sponge down our own toilet, and no one had visited our house in over a month, so the only explanation was the cleaners had flushed some of their products. We reached out to the owner to see if we could get the emergency plumber covered or even refund the cleaning services. The owner got defensive and asked if we had proof of the cleaners flushing things. He basically said that without photo evidence, he would not believe us or honor our request. After going back and forth for a bit, they continued to deny any wrongdoing and refused to even partially refund us (despite their satisfaction guarantee). Do NOT USE this company!

Lidia and her crew at Sunshine Cleaners are the best! They do a fantastic job and Lidia is always super responsive and flexible in communication/scheduling. My girls also LOVE the fancy ways the cleaners make their beds!
