Joe did a fabulous job cleaning our skylight screen, skylights and windows! Our skylight screen was full of dust and grime and now looks amazing. Highly recommend. Before and after photos of screened skylight.

I’ve worked with Joe for several years with many clients homes , I’ve never met anyone better at his trade, punctuality, service, professionalism , etc etc. he is the best for large or small jobs.

Ray was great! He was very communicative, provided a quote quickly, pointed out scratches on the windows before starting work so I was aware of it before they started, and finished the cleaning in less time than expected. Would highly recommend! Our windows are so clean now. Will be booking for annual service.

Ray & his team were super thorough & efficient and produced beautiful clean, streak-free windows. I opted for the inside and out package and it really makes a difference! Every room looks better now. March 2023 gutter cleaning: Quality work! Arrived early, worked quickly, and was very thorough in their work. They ran into a problem with a clogged downspout and fixed it no problem. Friendly service and fair pricing. I recommend them highly and will be using their services again. Thank you Eagle SF!

September 2023 window cleaning & power washing: Once again, Eagle Window Cleaning did an amazing job on my house! Arrived on time with a kind and hardworking crew, and they got the job done quickly but not so quick that they compromised quality. I bought my house in February, so I have no idea when it was last power washed but given the level of grime and this past year of a ton of rain, I assumed it had been a very long while. They got all of that baked in grime off the house and my windows are crystal clear now. Such an improvement!

Scheduling is easy, the work is always quality, the people are fantastic and the price is fair. This is a local business you want to support.

Joe is amazing! His work was impeccable and he is so personable. My 3-story windows are sparkling. I am so grateful that I had him and his company complete the window cleaning work. Definitely highly recommend using his company!

Joe and Eagle Window did a great job cleaning our roof gutters. I called him in the early afternoon and he arrived within the hour as their scheduled had opened up. They were efficient and super sensitive to keeping our property clean. They collected the gutter junk in a bucket so it wasn't spread across the ground/driveway/sidewalk. They also ran water through to confirm everything was clear. I will use them again in the spring when it's time to do our windows. Very conscientious and professional.

We had a few window washing in SF, and by far we love the service provided by Eagle Window Cleaning most. They pressure washed our front and back walls as well as cleaned both the interior and exterior of all our windows. And they did an excellent job. Ray was very easy to communicate with and is very respectful and careful with everything on our property. They did everything we asked and beyond. If you want window cleaning or pressure washing, they are still our best recommendation.

I’m so happy I hired Eagle Window Cleaning SF! I needed service quickly and they were able to fit me in right away, which I really appreciated.

They were extremely professional—wearing booties inside the apartment and taking great care around my furniture. The results were absolutely sparkling. My windows are so clear now that the view looks completely transformed—bright, crisp, and beautiful.

Great service and very professional. The technician arrived on time and did a detailed cleaning. He also gave me advice on how often I should have it done. My dryer performance has improved a lot.

I liked that the technician didn’t rush through the job. He took his time to inspect and clean the entire vent system. The improvement in airflow was noticeable once everything was done.

My dryer was taking almost double the time to finish a normal load, so I decided to get the vent cleaned. The technician arrived prepared and quickly found the blockage causing the issue. He cleaned the full vent system and made sure there were no remaining obstructions. The improvement was noticeable right away. Now everything dries much faster and the machine runs smoother.

I needed dryer vent cleaning in Los Angeles, and they did an excellent job. The dryer vent airflow is much stronger now.

Scheduling the service was straightforward, and the technician arrived promptly. They removed a significant amount of lint that had accumulated over time. After cleaning, the dryer works faster, uses less energy, and the whole process felt organized and professional.

They did an okay job on the cleaning, but they were an hour late

I scheduled with Sunshine and they came about 3 days later. Just had them do a deep clean on our common areas and they did an AMAZING job. Highly recommend!

Great service! I have back pain and needed someone to get the floors. All the corners of the room got wiped including the hallway and kitchen. Very holistic approach.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Lidia's crew did a great job and the communication was very smooth and straightforward. I'd definitely use their services again and recommend.

Low quality cleaning and disrespectful management. Their warranty is a joke!
I ordered the move-in cleaning for an empty 2b/2b freshly repainted house. I sent the detailed list of what I needed cleaned and Lidia confirmed ALL of it was included. I also specifically called out items I did not need cleaned, like all new appliances, doors, switch plates.
They gave me an estimate or $225 for 4-5 hours of cleaning.
I did a walk through with the cleaner and she acknowledged all areas that needed cleaning. I also pointed out the new appliances did NOT need cleaning.
3 hours later Lidia texted me to pay $300 because the cleaning was taking longer. I asked why they needed more time since the cleaner saw everything that morning. She then just agreed to stick to her original quote.
I came to check the house and found several areas that were not cleaned: bedroom closets, bathtub, kitchen cabinets, backsplash, front porch. Some windows were spot cleaned, which actually made them look dirtier, others were not cleaned at all. Floors had dirty mop traces. They insisted everything had been cleaned. I ran my finger inside one of the cabinets and it was visibly dirty. The cleaner got on my white kitchen counters, wearing her sneakers and wiped the shelves for about 5min (did not even bother wiping down the counters after walking all over them). Their verdict: "there was dust in the house and it was tough to clean". Yes, there was dust in the house. I specifically noted that when I asked for the quote. Why would I order cleaning for a CLEAN house??? I also saw traces of wet cloth inside my brand new fridge and oven, which I specifically asked NOT to clean. I can see how new appliances are nicer to clean, but why would I pay for that? and then pay extra to clean what I actually needed?
I called Lidia and said I was not satisfied with the result. She basically told me that's all they were gonna do, particularly since I refused to pay extra. I had already wasted enough of my time and I just wanted it to be over. I try to write them a check - they don't accept checks. She tells me to pay with Venmo. Note: I had asked about the form of payment twice to make sure I have it ready but received no answer. By then I'm late to a meeting and tell them I'd sort out venmo later that day. Within the next 2 hours I get 3 texts demanding payment.
This was a very disappointing experience AND I had to clean the place myself.
