I’ve had such a great experience working with this cleaning company. I’ve initially set up an initial deep cleaning appointment and since then have started using them on a bi-weekly basis. They are on-time, thorough, and I truly feel like they put care into their work. Each cleaner provides the same level of detail, and they also are so nice to my pets! Highly recommend.

Arrived on time and went above and beyond on cleaning our windows and our back patio. Such a great service!

UPDATE: I called eagle window cleaning for a gutter job in San Francisco. Firstly we got scheduled three weeks out, granted it wasn’t safe because of the rain and wind that was happening. So we decided to wait. As a date approaches I get a email for cancellation with no explanation as to why. I called, messaged and emailed and I haven’t got a response back. I work in property management and manage hundreds of properties, this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. What a waste of time.

Your response is hilarious. You never called once buddy. As a matter fact this is the first time I’m speaking to you in three weeks. People reading this, please do not use this company. Very dishonest.

The crew did a great job and even swept a bit in our backyard afterward. They were friendly, easy to deal with, and the service was very reasonably priced.

Joao was professional from start to finish: highly responsive to questions, prompt at scheduling, very easy to interact with and friendly. His team was just as professional. Together they did a fantastic job washing windows inside and out of our 5th floor flat, as well as those of a few other residents in the building. They also went the extra mile to remove quite a bit of paint residue from one of the windows. We all agreed, they're a keeper! Joao even corrected me when I planned to overpay. Would recommend to any one.
