I paid a total of $500 and 2 sessions they still didn’t clean my house correctly. Dust on my bed headboards, didn’t clean my window seals, floor was not vacuumed all the way. When I called them, they said “oh they didn’t know the flow of the house and will do better next time” next time came, they stayed 90 mins and only the bathroom and kitchen was cleaned. The entire house was left full of dust and dirt. Extremely disappointing and wasted money.

I have been enjoying Vine House Cleaning services since 2019. The owner is especially responsive to input, feedback, and problem-solving. Whenever things aren't quite right, she identifies the problem and fixes it. She does not shy away from addressing issues that arise. Right now I have the best house cleaner I've ever had. She cleans my home as if it were her own. One simple example is that I noticed she removed all the grates from my stove and she was scrubbing them clean of food particles and grease. When this is done every 2 weeks, it does not build up. When I commented on how happy I was that she was doing it, she said she knows what a difference this makes at her house! She takes initiative and makes suggestions on effective tools and cleaning products. Another advantage is that when someone cannot come, she finds alternative schedules or substitutes other cleaners, so you are not left without services. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
