Long story short, I had a problem that another water heater company wasn't able to help me with. I was eventually connected with Gary and Angel from Hydroflow and they were total pros, very knowledgeable. Gary was able to quickly identify the specific problem on my water heater and Angel applied the repair quickly as soon as the replacement part arrived.

I can't believe our new water heater showed an error code on the first day. Fortunately, it was covered under warranty. The manufacturer customer service gave me several referrals for plumbing companies and Hydroflow has the best ratings and reviews. I am so glad we went with them. Gary was very responsive and very easy to work with. His technician is prompt and professional, and fixed the problems efficiently. I'm very happy with their service that I already told some friends about them.

After finding a pool of water on my garage floor, I went through a very frustrating experience with vendors via my home warranty who finally landed on “I need a new boiler”. Out of impatience and skepticism, I found Gary on Google and he was at my house within 2 hours. He was knowledgeable, articulate and very detailed in his diagnosis and explanation that I actually needed a new water heater - I knew it was close to end of life but was not prepared for it to start leaking. I decided pretty much on the spot to go with him rather than waiting some more for my home warranty’s designated plumber. Luckily he had availability the next day and by mid afternoon my old water heater is hauled away and I have a brand new water heater installed. His team led by Francisco (sp?) was super punctual, courteous and methodical. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

We have a 10 year old water heater that needed a faulty part replaced. I was referred to Hydroflow by the manufacturer.

My phone call was taken right away, we had a great talk where I was given a realistic timeline and followed up by a text confirmation.

The day of the part replacement, scheduling was quick and easy and the work was done perfectly. The technician, Angel, was professional and friendly. He worked quickly and left the area better than he found it.

Gary was very helpful diagnosing and deciphering our water systems and related HVAC systems. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough.

My neighbor and I needed to get our 30-yr old gas water heaters replaced and new ones installed before the bottoms on the old ones fell out on us. We’re very pleased with the work they did for us and at a very reasonable price. They even got my neighbor’s hot water fan coil central heating system to work properly. They were very thorough and made we sure that we got the right hot water temperature running through all the faucets. We highly recommend Hydroflow System to get your water heaters problems fixed. Garry and the team at Hydroflow know their craft very well. They are also accommodating of schedules and access and, in my case, took time to walk us through complicated radiant heating issues and challenges with an old system. They are not the least expensive in town but you get what you pay for. Their work is high quality and reliable.

These guys are solid. You get a very experienced/savvy/honest owner calling the shots with a a solid team underneath him. So much better than several other companies I've used in the last few years who send an under experienced techs with no oversight.

I was having serious and complex domestic water and hydronic radiant heating system issues. I could tell the plumbing company I had looking at it was in over there head, so I decided to take a flyer based on the reviews I was reading.

Enter Gary who, armed with heat sensing cameras and lots of experience, figured it all out in a few hours. He gave a reasonable quote, brought in a team of competent workers the next day, and the problems were 100% fixed.

He should be doubling his prices for what you get. They will be my first call from now on.

Hydroflow installed the radiant heating system in our remodeled Victorian. I have to commend them for their attention to detail, meticulous installation, willingness to adapt to changes, and follow up on any adjustments over the course of the remodel and afterwards. They also provided us with a very competitive and transparent bid for the work and didn’t waiver from it. He is truly an expert in radiant heating systems and tankless hot water heaters. He can diagnose issues very quickly, takes the time to clearly explain how things work and what the best options are to repair or replace with honest and transparent pricing.
I most recently used his service to replace a 15 year old hot water pump for radiant floor heat with excellent results and very reasonable price.
I had great experience in the past with a tankless water heater installation from Hydroflow done in one day with beautiful pipe layout.

Richard came to work on two of our toilets. One needed a new pump, and the other one needed a new handle. After he left neither one worked, and I have been unable to get a receipt out of him after trying for 2 weeks.

The toilet where he replaced the handle was running water constantly and driving up our water bill. The one where he replaced the pump, there was almost no water flow when I flushed it. He also left a mess for us to clean up.

After his second visit, the upstairs toilet was still running water continuously, though the downstairs one was working. I went to look at it myself, and found that the chain connecting the lever and the flap was so long that it was getting stuck between the flap and the pipe underneath it allowing water to run continuously. We tied some knots in it and it fixed it. But it seemed like rather sloppy work on his part.

As for the receipt debacle: He said that he didn't do paper receipts, and would email me one that night. He did not. I have called him four times, he has picked up every single time to tell me that he would give me a receipt. He has not done so. It has been 2 weeks, and my landlords need that receipt for tax purposes.

Richard is very rambly and chaotic on the phone, and he is also very chaotic in his business practices. I recommend steering clear of him.

Best ability is availability and they’re always available we manage multiple bars and always need service late night without someone trying to charge us an arm and a leg so we’re grateful for their consistency (4years)

This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

OMG the best! Mo came out the same day to fix a problem, charged a very fair price and then had to take multiple calls after the service visit to calmly explain potential plumbing problems, what was causing them, and what a long-term fix would be. Mo took multiple calls and was always friendly and helpful. I would hire him in an instant again, and will refer him to all my realtor friends.
