We’ve used Heise’s for years. They are reliable and efficient. I was super appreciative recently that they could squeeze us in on the same day to take care of a clogged shower drain. Very grateful!

I had a leak under the kitchen sink. As always Heise came to the rescue. They are the BEST.

Eduardo arrived promptly, got right to work, and finished the drain cleaning quickly. He also worked "clean" and gave useful advice on how to avoid clogged drains in a very old plumbing system. Five stars are not enough!

I can’t say enough great things about Heise’s Plumbing. They’ve been my go-to plumber for several years, servicing both my residential and commercial properties. From my very first conversation with them, I made it clear that many of the projects would be challenging—some involving buildings nearly 100 years old—and they never hesitated. They recently just completed a full replacement of a upper sewer lateral at one of those 100 year old buildings!

No matter the issue, big or small, Heise’s Plumbing has consistently delivered real results. They are honest, hardworking, dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile. It’s rare to find a company you can trust completely, but Heise’s has proven time and again that they’re up to any challenge. I highly recommend them.

My downstairs shower was not draining properly. It could have been an expensive sewer line blockage, but they tried clearing the shower drain first and that solved the problem. Everything else in the bathroom then drained properly.

Heise's was very timely. They came out within 2 hours of my call and resolved the problem in less than an hour. Also left my bathroom clean. I highly recommend Heise's.

I woke up to a plumbing problem this morning and it was fixed by noon. I emailed a photo of my problem to the office at 6 AM, I received a phone call before 8 o’clock and was offered a time slot from 10 to noon or 11 to 1. The plumbers, Cesar and Easy were wonderful and they took care of the problem right away. I am very satisfied and would not hesitate to call Heise’s Plumbing again.

Called the number, and got connected with Mike on the phone who was very helpful in reassuring us about our problem.
He dispatched Jose who came immediately and he fixed the problem very quickly and we feel confident with his work. Very grateful!!!!! Thank you!

I was told they would be at the property between 1:00 and 3:00. I got a call that they were on site at 1:15. So that was good. Brandon was very helpful letting me know what he had done solving the problem not long after he got there. Really good experience thanks to the Heise team.

I received excellent service. Scheduling the service call was easy. They arrived within the time window specified. Cesar was polite and efficient. Less than 24 hours after my issue was reported it was resolved. I would highly recommend Heise’s. I have been using them for over 20 years and they don’t disappoint.

Brendan was great. Will be glad to see him again when needed. However, our last auger our was under $300. Todays work was more than double that price. I would have liked to know that in advance. Won't make that mistake again.

The company is very professional and I do recommend them. Prices were clearly announced when making the appointment. I'm very happy with the service Caesar provided for me, he arrived on time and solves the issue with skills. My kitchen sink pipe was clogged, at least 20-25 ft from the sink. He also provided great advice to avoiding the issue again.

Clothes dryer was not heating. Happily the service was scheduled for the next day. Eddie arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, had the required part on hand, and solved the problem with only an hour of labor. He also took a look at two loose faucets and advised on how he can best repair them on a future visit.

Very strong first work job from Heise's. Sergio was incredibly well informed as an estimator. James and Marlon were fast, accommodating and did a great cleanup.

We had a sudden leak from the top of our water heater. After calling, they had someone here in under 2 hours. We were asked to send pictures of the problem and they came prepped and ready. Caesar did the assessment, repair, and cleanup, all in about an hour. The price was incredibly reasonable for a last minute, emergency repair.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, prepared, and overall, obviously experts at what they do.

Extraordinary and over the top customer service I had never come into contact with this company until I had an emergency in my apartment unit which flooded late at night. They sent people immediately. Communication was top-tier. They cleaned up everything before they left. I couldn’t be more thankful or more impressed by their customer service. Highly recommend.

I had 2 spigot that needed replaced. I called to get an estimate it was on the higher side $350.00 an hour excluding parts. Appointment was scheduled for next day 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 arrival. Brandon was on time and replaced the 2 spigot in less than an hour. He was professional and quick. Made sure my water supply was turned on and back to normal running water.

I have used Heise’s Plumbing before and I was very happy with their service. Quick appointments and quick repairs. It maybe on the higher side of cost but it was well worth it. I will continue using Heise’s Plumbing because each service person is well knowledge in any repairs they are called to do.

Jose was outstanding. He came in and fixed what we had been told by another plumber was an unsolvable problem with our faucet and that our entire faucet would need to be replaced. Instead Jose expertly repaired it, checked the other faucets and installed a new mechanism in our toilet. Not having to change out two sets of faucets for new ones also saved us a ton of money in parts and labor. Can't recommend Heise's highly enough.

Erick and Jordan did a fantastic job replacing old rusted leaking pipes in the bathroom (shower) interior, in the basement and exterior of the building. They are experienced, skilled and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they took the time to explain what they were doing. They both are very congenial and service oriented.
It was a pleasure to work with them. I will definitely ask for them in the future!
Satchiko and Xandra were both great at helping me schedule the full day of work that needed to be done, answered all my questions when I called several times and helped me coordinate meeting Erick and Jordan to show them a last minute toilet issue.
Thomas was very skillful when he came to give an estimate. He has a keen eye and showed me potential issues I hadn’t noticed.
I’m very satisfied with Heise’s work!
