I was very disappointed in how Magic Plumbing responded to my request. I asked for (1) an evaluation of whether my DISHWASHER could be repaired and if so, at what cost; and if not, (2) an estimate of the cost to replace it with a client-provided new dishwasher.

In response, Magic Plumbing sent me someone who was a specialist in TOILETS, not DISHWASHERS and was obviously unable to evaluate whether the appliance could be repaired. In fact, his incompetence regarding that evaluation was apparently irrelevant for Magic Plumbing because his instructions were only to give me an estimate for installing a replacement dishwasher and did not include evaluating whether the old one could be repaired at all. Furthermore, the task of estimating an installation cost amounted to opening his iPad to reveal a pre-recorded installation "estimate" of almost $1,000.00 -- a price that was obviously inflated so that he could then claim to give me an insignificant "discount" of $150 to a price that was still well above what it should have been. And finally, Magic Plumbing delayed sending this "estimator" to my house for several days, which was not in itself a problem for me, but when the "estimate" was simply something he found on his iPad and not something that required his actual presence in my home -- it turned out that Magic Plumbing wasted my time for no good reason.

I suppose I should be grateful that I didn't discover how incompetent Magic Plumbing could be until after I'd agreed to work with them.

The low reviews are true - they were a complete waste of time and a ripoff. I sent clear photos and told them my first floor roof was leaking so a ladder would be needed since they offered to come by to inspect and give a free estimate. When the technician came by, he didn't even bother to look at the affected area, gave me an overpriced quote within 30 seconds. The quote was over 3x the other quotes I got. What was the point of having the customer schedule and wait for an in-person estimate?

They were great. Easy to schedule. Transparent and clear in their diagnosis and when we found out it was a simple fix, the technician told me what I needed to do to fix it and let me take care of it myself. Saving me money and time. They were great!

Following the thorough initial investigation of our unique property by Frank and Theo, Steve and another plumber (apologies for forgetting your name!) worked tirelessly to locate the issue, hydro jet the system, and clearly explain their detailed findings right after completing the service. Thank you, team—you made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Magic Plumbing sent out a superb specialist on short notice.
He went beyond the call of duty in searching for and installing a hard-to-find part.
They did NOT require an all-day window for me to be at home waiting, as did the service I'd used in the past.
I was always able to reach a real human being on the phone, not a chat-bot.
I'm sticking with them.

Anthony Jackson! arrived on time. He demonstrated efficiency, proactivity, and skill by arriving promptly, starting work immediately, and successfully fixing the blocked toilet all on his own. It is a great example of a professional handling a service call effectively.. He tightened few loose fixtures in the garbage disposal. He offered useful advice for our boiler heater. We were very happy! We will call him again if we hang plumbing problems.

My home ( early 60's) had a scary mainline clog, another plumbing company came first and gave us a very scary and expensive analysis and we felt pressured to accept right away, however I wanted a second opinion and called Magic Plumbing. Frank came and walked be through all to possible issues and gave me a very clear idea of what would be the best course of action ( and far cheaper) before deciding if there was more at stake. He and his crew came by and hydrojetted our plumbing, cut off and replace old clean out caps, and were extremely conscientious in taking care of the interior of our home where they had to work. They were super professional and gracious and frankly very nice to work with. They were all more than happy to explain in layman's terms what was going on and in the end proved that it was a relatively easy clean out and not an expensive trenching and replacement as the other company was suggesting. I'm grateful to Frank for his clear and honest explanations and that reason alone gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and they are now my go-to plumbing company from now on.

An outdoor drain was clogged, and a pool of water was forming after heavy rainstorms.
Two other drains on up on an upper terrace were connected to this drain. Corey came and checked out all the drains, unclogged the lower one and made sure that all were working properly and were clear. He was efficient, competent, and knowledgeable. I instantly trusted him. He was an immaculate worker as well, and he left the areas around the drains cleaner than he found them. I could not have found a better person to do this work. I will definitely use him again.

We had a small amount of water leaking into our downstairs bedroom closet. The leak was coming from the wall. I called Magic Plumbing and they immediately sent out a technician within the hour. Alberto cut a hole into the wall, determined that the leak was from a crack in our kitchen drain pipe. He then repaired it quickly and tested it. All done professionally within a few hours! What wonderful work, completed in super fast time. No more worries for us, since we called Magic Plumbing!

Magic Plumbing did a great job. First time tech came and unclogged drain past pea trap. Had the same issue a few days later and Magic Plumbing schedule a tech to come free of charge. Scheduler stayed me updated of techs eta which was most appreciated. Alberto the tech came out and he was friendly and professional. Thank you

I needed a quick fix for a clogged toilet that wasn’t flushing properly. We have guests staying downstairs where the bathroom is located. Heise Plumbing managed to fit me in during a very tight schedule. Problem was resolved very quickly. Much appreciated.

Cesar fixed the problems he was able to address with parts on hand and advised us on how to obtain replacement parts for a uniques faucet at the best price. Performed all work in a timely manner and was very personable.

When our home insurance company asked us to install an automatic water shutoff valve in order to renew our policy, I scheduled inspections and got estimates from 3 different plumbers. I had never worked with Heise’s before, but they offered the most competitive pricing. When I had questions about the estimate, their dispatch, Kasandra, was able to get me clear answers.

Tomas, our supervisor, is an excellent communicator and has tons of technical experience building and maintaining plumbing systems. His team, Marlon, James, and John were professional and helped us install the new pipes and electrical outlets needed for the automatic water shutoff system. They were very coordinated and made the entire process easy and straightforward. I would use Heise’s again!

We had a sewer pipe/under the toilet leak which required 3 days of evaluation and work. The sewer pipe under the toilet was cracked and involved removal and installation of new pipe. The guys were able to come out quickly, solve the problem, and NEAT!

I want to add a new review for Edwardo today, but I couldn't seem to manage this forum.
But let me just say that Edwardo came yesterday to fix a leaky shower. He did a great job in very good time. He also installed a new shower head. Today, he came back to adjust the water pressure and was very understanding about how I like my shower.

Mateo was professional and understood what I needed.
I am disabled and he was able to make it a lot easier to water my back yard garden without going down the steep steps.
He also cleaned my storm drain, just in time for the coming rains.

Excellent! I will always call Heise’s. Jose was honest, fast and efficient. The customer service agent (whose name I have forgotten…sorry) was so great at arranging the time for Jose to come even though I needed to change it at one point. Fabulous!! Thank you.

I had been paying $60/month to Choice Home Warranty for a long time and never had to use them. I submitted a request for service and they sent a text saying that it would be almost one week before they would get someone out to clear my kitchen drain. I was so frustrated that I Googled plumbers in my area and,, luckily, Heises came up. Mike was incredibly helpful and Brandon, who came within a few hours, was nice and efficient. While I wouldn’t expect such prompt service every time (from anyone : ) - It saved the day as I was having people over to watch the Series. Needless to say, I cancelled my “Choice” monthly service right away. Highly, highly recommend!

Everything was fine, the young man was quick with his job, there were no problem during the process, we needed a snaking since our toilet was clogged up but paying $650 for a snaking is….diabolical and I also fed his parkinf meter because the ticket car was circling around and he didn’t feed his meter.

I will still give you guys 5 stars but there will be no 2nd time nor a recommendation to anyone.
