Prompt, and to the point. I was expecting to have to have some work done to the water heater, but after a quick diagnosis by the Tech, it was found that it just needed a setting to be looked at. I really appreciate the level of honesty a service.

I highly recommend Magic Plumbing. I contracted them to install a new heater with new duct work. Victor and his colleague completed the job in 2 days, and the quality was great! I recommend asking for Jeff Griffin for HVAC quotes, he was awesome throughout the entire process. He also came to troubleshoot an unrelated issue with the HVAC system. He was kind enough to show me what he was doing to troubleshoot, and identified the problem quickly. Jeff’s customer service is second to none, and he’s a great asset to Magic Plumbing (deserves promotions, raises, and all of the above!)

Chris was able to help solve a shower pressure and temperature issue. He was able to work through the mistakes of a previous plumber and get everything working again. Really trusted his expertise and will definitely use again if any shower plumbing issues. Thank Chris!

Alberto and Theo are a fantastic team and their work is outstanding! They replaced a wall heater that was over 30 years old. They installed a new heater with a thermostat. I very much appreciated their professionalism, expertise and dedication. I also wanted to mention Jeff who came out to first inspect the heater and gave an estimate on the plan for a new heater. He was also professional, informative and kind. I highly recommend Magic Plumbing Heating and Cooling.

Anthony was on time, efficient, friendly and polite. He cleared my stubborn shower clog as promised. Nothing is cheap in San Francisco, but at least they made it an easy experience. I liked that they sent a text with Anthony's picture letting me know he was on the way. Nice having a photo of the plumber showing up so you don't have to worry about opening the door to the wrong person. They accept checks and credit cards, so there's another handy convenience. I would, and probably will, use them again.

I had a leak under the sink in my master bath. My home was built in 1960 and the bath was updated in 2009. The plumbing was not doing well. Marcos, the plumber, needed 5 parts, which he had to go get, to repair it. He was very speedy in getting the parts and the plumbing was quickly repaired. I'm very pleased with the repair. I'm happy that the sink is fully fixed and I don't have to worry about the next thing that could let go. Thanks for the great and timely response!

Assigned plumber didn't give up until he discovered & repaired the mysterious water leak. He was professional & kind to an senior owner.

The experience would have been better if there was less of a mess in the aftermath. A bucket to catch the dirty water and or some plastic sheeting to help with the dirty water splatter would have gone a long way to a better experience. Lots of stuff got wet and dirty. I'm still cleaning up stuff as I come across it. Almost $1500 to primarily clear a drain seems steep to me, especially with easy access to pipe in garage.

Overpriced and I won’t call them again. I had a clogged toilet. I called them and one technician showed up on the same day. He tried to use a plunger and it did not work. Then he brought an auger. It took him less than two minutes to unclog it. It was a toy my son threw into the toilet. He charged me $310 for the two minutes of work. I won’t call them again.

I'm disappointed with magic plumbing service. Not only was it very expensive $300 for the 20 min to unclog a sink drain, but I asked if our toilets were in need of repair because of a water hissing sound I have heard. The service person said they seemed fine as he didn't hear hissing. But he didn't flush the toilets to check. We then had a water department inspector come a couple days later and he put dye into the tank and showed us we need to replace the flush valves and flappers because of leaking.

I had an urgent hot water heater replacement need. They were easy and fast to schedule. Chris was very knowledgeable, communicative, cooperative, and efficient in solving my problem. I’ve used Magic a few times and will continue to!

Had issues with a bathroom pipe - office staff was super easy to work with and prompt about sending someone over. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained the problem well. Magic Plumbing was able to make a repair to a sewer line that’s been a problem for 3 yrs. Pablo was able to explain the whole process step at a time. Everything was done in a timely manner. The whole crew was very efficient and showed up everyday on time. I would use them again for future projects.

Jim from Magic Plumbing was great. Had a perimeter drain that needed hydro-jetting to clear out some mineral build-up. Easy to schedule, very communicative, and solid service.

Furnace rattling in winter, they diagnosed a loose fan and fixed it without
replacing the whole thing. Tech wore booties inside, explained the maintenance plan but
didn't push. Cost less than expected for the house call.

Water heater broke down the previous evening. Magic plumbing was responsive and in our home within a couple of hours of my call. The water heater was replaced with the model that I wanted. The installation was professional. Thanks to Chris and his assistant.

We had a kitchen sink leak and upon inspection Anthony quickly discovered far greater emergency issues with the hot water heater and bathroom sink supply lines. He was so informative and warm and was back within 24 hours to complete the work. Will absolutely use Magic Plumbing for any and all plumbing issues in the future!

I called them because my shower pressure suddenly dropped to almost mothing. Anthony checked every valve and found a clogged mixing cartridge inside the handle and replaced it without having to open the wall. Shower works perfectly now and I think its kinda better than before when we first moved in. Thank you so much!
