I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding service provided by Carissa and Erick from Arch Plumbing. They were dispatched to handle a serious issue with our pipes, and their expertise and dedication were truly remarkable.
They were great at identifying the problem quickly and accurately, which was the crucial first step. What impressed me most was their commitment to seeing the job through. Even though the repair ended up taking all day, they pulled through and ensured everything was fixed completely.
Throughout the entire process, their communication was excellent. They consistently kept me informed about their progress and what the next steps would be. Furthermore, they went above and beyond by contacting the city to assist in resolving our issue, demonstrating a proactive approach to solving a complex problem.

Arch has been servicing my building for years. First with a new water heater, which required the old heater to be sawed in half to make it down the stairwell. They are resourceful, creative and have a can do attitude. My point person, June, helped initiate an emergency issue. Mark and Clarice came and serviced us with replacing a corroded pipe, installing a new expansion tank and backflow components. Could not have been nicer and very efficient. June followed up to ensure the work was completed as discussed. Plumbing is expensive but their prices seem reasonable compared to others in the city and their attention to detail, service and follow up makes it worth it. Thank you!

First, Monique in the scheduling department did an amazing job with keeping me updated on the status and availability of their plumbers on Monday and finally advised that no one would be available until the following day. Marcos showed up within the appointment window and got right to work. I appreciated that Marcos explained what he was doing and what he was finding during each step of the process. In the end, Marcos summarized his findings, our options, pricing, etc. Though minor leaks were found, none substantiated the water meter readings we were getting from the Water Department. Marcos suggested we reach out to the water company...and here comes the best part, he provided us with his written report, photos and VIDEOS of his findings which included the water meter at a standstill (which appears to contradict a huge leak)! I am hopeful that Marcos' inspection and videos will go a long way in helping us resolve our water bill expenses with the water company. I highly recommend Magic Plumbing for their quick response, thorough inspection and supporting photos and videos.

Victor and his crew did an excellent job of installing my new heater. They were efficient, professional and kept me informed, both in what they were doing and how I needed to maintain it. I recommend Magic Plumbing. Rachel in the office is exceptional.

Because of a recent kitchen remodel and persistent allergies we were advised to have our ducts cleaned. Apparently it's not something that needs to be done routinely - but in our case the remodel tipped the balance. Magic Plumbing went above and beyond to get the job done around my time constraints - and did a great job. They sent Jeff over to assess and he explained their process very thoroughly so I knew what to expect. The technicians who arrived today knew their stuff and did a superb job - it took about 3 hours. They showed me the kind of dust that was extracted - it's an old Victorian, the ducts had never been cleaned. Plus, they pointed out that there was a great deal of dust high up behind the decorative molding, and doing away with that would also help with allergies. All in all, a seamless and satisfying project to check off the list!

Marcos was very straightforward and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything to explain what was going on and what was required to fix the issue.

I had my home’s heater repaired. The repairman, Randy from Magic Plumbing got the job done in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I found the whole experience rather pleasant and would call them again if I had another issue with heating, plumbing or air conditioning.

Thank you very much Franco for sending Manuel and Jose to fix our clogged bathroom sink and replace the corroded P trap pipe. They worked quickly and carefully to clear the drain and now we are so happy to be able to use our sink again. Pricing is very reasonable too. Your team is amazing. Thank you.

I'm so glad out of all the plumbing companies we chose Magic Plumbing. From the phone appointment to the excellent service everything went smoothly. The gentleman named Mike who came to our home was very friendly and professional and explained that he would check the issue then give us an estimate, at which time we would decide to agree or not. We said yes without hesitation and he fixed our problem and explained what was done and took photos to show me. All in all they are great and saved us by coming the same day we called. I would definitely suggest them.

Our Magic Plumbing experience was great! We needed plumbing help on a Sunday and weren't sure we'd be able to get anyone out to help before our bar opened for service. The call was answered immediately and she was very helpful in getting a plumbing tech out to help asap. He was professional, got the job done efficiently and checked with us before issuing any repairs to ensure we were okay with the cost. Highly recommend.

Jeremy Baldwin from Magic Plumbing is excellent. I've had him out on two occasions at two different properties to work on sump pumps. He's very knowledgeable on pumps and knows about all the pump model numbers as well as pros/cons. He's also very honest in how much things will cost and whether you need something done or not. I called the top 3 rated plumbing companies in SF. I ended up contracting Magic Plumbing for a garbage disposal replacement. They had the lowest price in town (no junk fees, no overcharging, and pricing flexibility), best customer service (plumber and call center), and plumber (Adam) communicated well and provided several options. 5 stars for all that!

Easy to get an estimate and to schedule the work. Alberto put in our new furnace very quickly and left everything neat as a pin after.

Cant believe he unclogged our drain. Adam was determined to get the job done. He put some overtime in and was able to get our kitchen up and running! Adam saved the day!

Your company was very prompt in coming out and quickly install a new heating system but they did not fully explain that I would have to have an electrical outlet installed in my garage. The old forced air heater came with the house, I now have to pay my electrician to install the outlet for me at an extra cost. I was not told this and am not happy about that . I am a senior citizen who lives alone. If my electrician had not been here I would not have been able to plug in the heater. I cannot give you a great review because of that. While I am still unhappy that I have to pay to have an outlet installed, Magic Plumbing came out to the house on short notice to show me how the new thermostat works which was very nice.

Chris was great - could give an estimate quickly and did not charge for coming out. Did quick work. Expensive - but all plumbing is these days, no?

Anthony Jackson has great customer service skills. Even though the job cost me a bundle, his good natured attitude softened the sticker shock
