Benito and Anna just finished installing and texturing drywall in the entire inside of my new shed. They did an excellent job, especially on some very difficult cut-ins and were careful and attentive with the finishing details. They made extra sure the texture was completely dry before the finishing sanding and cleaned up very well.
Plus, he and his wife are just super nice and hard working people that really care about their customer and making sure I was pleased with their work. Very responsive and willing to work with changes with a "no problem" attitude! Give them a chance and you won't be disappointed!

I am writing a review today because I am about to call back Benito for a new project and remembered I didn't write last time.

Benito did all our drywall and tape scope when we remodeled ou living room, kitchen, hallway and office in 2023. He gave us the best price and did an impeccable job. I had pulled a permit for the remodel and Benito passed his screw inspection with no issues. I pushed Benito to work fast because other trades had delayed the job and we needed to hold the end date for our remodel (because our family from abroad was coming to stay with us in the house) - Benito and his team worked very long hours and brought fans and dehumidifiers to help us stay on time without losing on quality. The result is great, they were able to completely hide the walls demo scars on my ceilings, and achieved perfect smooth finish on new walls as well asover the existing orange peel texture that I asked them to cover in our hallway.

While Benito was there, I also asked him to price stucco to cover a door infill in my facade. He gave us the best price and included a coat over the entire wall (contrary to other contractor who only included the patch.) His wire lath passed the City Inspection easily and received compliments from the building inspector.
I ended up adding one more facade wall to his scope to refinish because we had an existing leak and I love the texture of our stucco now.

2 years later, we have zero cracks or screw pops or issues with our drywall and stucco, we are still very happy with the result, and about to call Benito back for more projects.

I couldn’t be happier with the renovation that Sami and Sons did for me.

The project involved expanding a downstairs half bath to a full bath so that I could age in place. This mean moving a wall, building a roll-in shower, installing additional electrical outlets for a bidet etc. Since this bathroom doubles as a powder room for guests, I wanted the grab bars to be disguised as towel warmer, shower head slider, and assorted holders for toilet paper, towels, and soaps. I also wanted a certain look. I knew what I wanted but did not know what was possible given the tight space, the building codes, and the structure of the house. Sami and Sons helped me think through the process.

“You’re not hiring a company, you’re choosing a family!” is emblazoned on the marketing material that Sami and Sons gives its customers. The company is run by Sami Dadon and his three sons, of which the youngest, Noy, was assigned to this project. He treated me like I were his grandmother, with deference, but he is not shy in expressing his views. He is more often right than not. Upon dismantling the floor, we discovered there’s a beam underneath where we’d planned the shower drain. The brothers were consulted and, drawing upon their collective experience doing dozens of bathrooms a year, a satisfactory solution was produced. Though occasionally disorganized, he got the job done. He has a good crew and I’m especially pleased with the tile work. I am now enjoying my dream bathroom, customized to my size and my peculiar taste.

Would not recommend for sure - I did not get anything for the $$ spent so far. Karma as they say does not forget.... is eternal.

In the October 2018 timeframe I signed an agreement to get a set of plans done for an ADU in my backyard - paid the full amount in 3 seperate installments per the agreement. On talking to the architect and builder I was given to believe that they knew exactly what was to be done. We gave them our requirements and they said they will work on it per our requirements. After some attempts we had a mutually agreed upon design which they submitted to the City. The City came back and said the setbacks proposed by the architect was not admissable and that the structure should be 20 feet away from the backyard fence. The architect had said the setback was 15 feet - that gave us the 600sft we agreed upon. Increasing the setback would make the structure 500sft. The architect came back and said he had a solution - the city would approve a 600sft structure if we make it detached, in which case there was no setback requirements. We agreed to that. However, Sami, came back and said we would need to make a new agreement for the same amount as before (doubling the cost in reality) - because this would be a new drawing. Remember, I did not get the first approved drawing because of a mistake on their part (them not knowing what the allowed setback was) and now I have to pay again. I refused to go with them. Sami & Sons did a fantastic and timely job on our project. We had a very unique commercial project and they took it on. What I appreciated the most was their communication and extremely speedy process to start and finish the job. Thank you!

We enjoyed working with Sami and Sons Remodeling to redo one of our bathrooms. They came every day and finished the work just ahead of schedule which was great!

Recently we hired Sami and Sons to repair our bathroom, and the overall experience and result were amazing. I have talked to four contractors, among all Sam and Sons' proposal, approach and collaboration were excellent, especially the project manager Idan was very responsive, prompt, and transparent. Same goes with the whole crew that includes not restricted to Maria, Tom, and Benjamin. It was a medium size project to find and arrest the water leak from 2nd-floor bath to first-floor ceiling. Their crew located the leak rightly, replaced shower pan, restored the bathroom marble floor, also fixed first-floor ceiling sheet/rocks and other stuff. Everything is cool now, and I will surely hire this team again if there is a need, also will recommend them for remodeling or repair works.

Very good experience remodelling my master bathroom with Shon.
Shon was very responsive to requests and issues and the team delivered good quality of work.
Only thing is we didn't have enough tiles ordered in the first time so had to wait extra time for additional ones to arrive.

The outcome in the end looks awesome and they are very attentive to details.

They are NOT the cheapest quote I got but the service is worth the premium.

We hired Sami & Sons to do a big deck remodeling project. They were highly recommended to us by our neighbors who were very happy with their work.
The Scope of our work was such as we had to completely demolish existing deck and arches, rebuild Everything from scratch, add lighting, add glass railing, replace the entire siding on one side of the house and change the supporting beams on one part of the house. I met with the owner, Sami, who is a very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasant person in general. After talking to him, I had a sense that I will be in good hands if I worked with him and his company and that he is trustworthy and a man of his word. He did not disappoint! He delivered on everything that he promised and even more. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. What I also really liked about working with this company is that everyone was immediately accessible by phone! I could call Sami or one of the project managers ( Shai or Anthony who both are the most pleasant, polite and professional young men to work with) and someone is always always always there to answer or respond by a text message. The longest I ever had to wait was 30 min for a response. This is very impressive and it is important considering a lot of my neighbors complained that their contractors are impossible to get a hold of.
I also wanted to address some of the complaints some people in previous reviews had about workers leaving garbage or not always showing up every day. Yes, it is irritating and yes, I had the same issues but let me tell you that these are things that just come up during big remodels. Everything will not be smooth, you may get a few bumps in the road . This is normal. What is really important here is how The Contractor responds to your issues and concerns. In my experience, when I brought up an issue ( and they were very small) , it was remedied right away, no questions asked. I would call Sami or my project manager and I would say, hey there is garbage here and I want it out and the response would be “No problem, it will be removed tomorrow.” And it was! So if you have anything of a concern just bring it up and they will always take care of it right away. They really try to do the right thing. And that’s what matters!
Finally, I am happy how my deck turned out. It is gorgeous! Thank you Sami & Sons. It was a pleasure working with you and I would highly recommend you!

Sami & Sons did a small garage remodeling work for us and they were great ! Though this was a small project for them, they made sure they gave equal importance and planned everything very well. They sent everyday photos of progress work, they have a prime point of contact for your project and he is very easy to reach. Edan was my project manager and he is amazing and a very dedicated person. I was very comfortable working with them. I will definitely be reaching out to them when I plan to do bigger projects and would recommend them to others too!

I'm extremely lucky I found Sami and sons. I will be forever grateful to my friend that recommended about Sami and sons and specially to Jordan the project manager, his wife Shayna that guide and help us with the design and his entire team for our remodeled home.
We love it!!! The work was extensive as it included remodeling the entire house plus the addition of 400 sq ft.

The project included demo of the entire house down to the studs, removing the floor, and removing and/or moving walls. The remodel included the addition of a fourth bedroom including a new foundation for the addition, a new kitchen, two remodeled bathrooms, addition of a storage closet, addition of a pantry in the kitchen, installation of new floor, insulation in the house and garage, all new electrical and plumbing, and re-stucco of the exterior wall including new paint. Jordan basically gave us a brand new home!

Since this was my first major remodel, I was very worried especially with all the horror stories I've heard from other people about their experiences with remodeling. The first time I met Jordan, however, I knew he was the one I would chose to fix our home. I told Jordan my budget and what I wanted to have done. During that conversation, he actually 'toned' down my requests (I admit that I went a bit overboard) by offering ways to reduce cost but still get what I wanted. He was very honest and candid which I absolutely appreciated. The fact that it's a family owned business helped me also to get a decision and move forward with him (I took 7 different estimates).

Jordan gave me a 5 month timeline to complete the project but he finished a little over one month ahead of schedule! Jordan was absolutely great to work with. He was always pleasant to speak with and was so responsive to my phone calls or text - he always responded right away. His crew was also awesome! They were all very polite, experienced in their field, and worked hard. My neighbors consistently commented on how his crew was polite, there by 8a, didn't leave until around 6p, and they always cleaned up before they left. My favorites were the tile and electrical crew. They did such an awesome job with all the tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms and Also was awesome with the electrical especially the lighting! I am so impressed with the quality of work that was done to our home!

I would highly recommend Sami and sons to those looking to remodel their home. In fact, I already recommended them to my aunt who will be starting her remodel with them soon.

I engaged Sami and Sons to do a comprehensive remodel including kitchen, floors, living room, windows, doors, roofing, electrical, foundation, paint, and plumbing.

The bill of the project lasted from November 2022 to April 2023, with some finishing work done afterwards.

Sami and Sons uses an app called Buildertrend which allows them to upload photos and comments almost every day. This allows you to maintain close alignment on progress without necessitating visits, nice if you’re busy.

Sami (the owner) also made himself and multiple employees available via email, phone, and text to keep communication open.

Payments were done via personal check.

While mine was a very involved project that included permits and inspections and many steps (they basically rebuilt the back of our house and main interior space), I believe they also handle smaller projects.

If you’re looking for a contractor, you should definitely give them a call.

Sami and Sons is the best contractor we have ever worked with, and we have owned our home for 25 years. They just completed a total bathroom remodel, and also replaced old flooring in 2 other rooms with beautiful tile. Thanks to Sami and his team, the entire project was a pleasure, and we are thrilled with the result. We interviewed at least a half dozen companies before we began. Sami in the interview gave us such helpful suggestions in terms of design and product. All the other companies basically only said "we can do whatever you want". Sami and Sons is totally focused on ensuring you are happy with the work. They communicate extremely well, they are on time every time, and they get back to you very quickly when you contact them. We were quite impressed with the care they took to protect other areas of the house from damage and debris, and also their habit of cleaning the work area every evening before departing. Their work is top quality in every way. Special thanks to Chillen and Joel, who have been working in our home daily for several weeks. We are happier than we even hoped - we call our new bathroom "the spa" now. We always recommend interviewing several companies, but put Sami and Sons on that list. You will be happy you did.

Back in 2020, when my husband and I were considering renovating a space, adding another bedroom, I had reached out to Sami along with other contractors. Everyone was happy to come, hear my thoughts out, and provide me with a quote. Sami was the only one who literally told me our current space was perfect, and that our new vision wouldn't gel with the current layout, and it wouldn't add value to our house. I was so shocked by his honesty, as he surely made a long lasting impression. Fast forward a couple of years later, when we were thinking of renovating another space, I invited Sami back (along with other contractors) to submit a bid. In the end, Sami and his team won out because his bid was fair, and he was patient and honest with us throughout the bidding process. We undertook a massive project - a gut down of current house and brand new construction. It wasn't an easy process whatsoever - but one thing we never doubted was Sami's commitment to our project. In fact, he would often call this house his baby, and he wanted nothing but perfection and we couldn't be happier how it turned out. I will also give them credit for dealing with a customer like myself - I am extremely detail-oriented and expect a lot - and they had risen to the challenge. Even though the project has been completed, I will still ping Sami for little things here and there (because I'm ultra picky and see everything with 20/10 vision!), and he will always send his team to ensure everything lives up to my expectations. I appreciate that they care about customer servicing and it's just not lip service. It's worth mentioning that I had even paid for 2 separate inspections of the house before moving in, and aside from a few minor things to fix, the space was built solidly. This just reconfirmed that picking Sami and team was the best choice we could have made for our project. So to Sami and team - thank you for everything throughout this process! You have a customer for life!

Sami & Sons, once again did a phenomenal job. A separate contractor had created a huge plumbing issue for me. Having worked with Sami in the past, I immediately reached out. He ensured the damage was minimized while troubleshooting the issue and offering a resolution. Sami always keeps in mind the cost to the homeowner and offers affordable solutions. In addition, I had a total garage remodel done and couldn’t be happier. With Sami it’s not just about the bottom line, but about the relationships formed along the way.

I went to Sami & Sons to change the recessed lighting in the kitchen since the previous lights were too old and didn't work anymore. I also requested to install a new toilet in my bathroom.

Both tasks were conducted perfectly. The project manager, Ti Lin Nagwin, is amazing. She is not only professional and serious about every details of the project, but also makes me feel that she really cares about me as a customer. She is very approchable and treats me as good as a family member. Tom, Riko, and other team members were also very helpful in the whole process.

Sami is truly a company owner with integrity. He truly cares about his customers. We contracted Sami and Sons to put in hardwood flooring, install custom cabinets, replace carpets, change 2 fireplaces to gas inserts, and install hardwood on our stairs. Our project started out rough because the subcontractors doing the work were unskilled and made mistakes. We should have contacted him early to let him know, but tried to work with the project manager directly. We finally asked Sami to personally come and inspect the work that was done. He came and was obviously not happy with the work and promised to fix everything at his cost including replacement materials. He got his best folks to come and redo everything to a very high standard. He even asked them to do extra work for us at no cost (painting, replacing old grout in our kitchen, staining our front door). We could tell that he really wanted to make it right and he was true to his word. He was great to communicate with and Michelle in his office was also very nice and helpful. It is refreshing to work with a business owner who really cares about his reputation and quality.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our new backyard deck! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, and the results are absolutely stunning.
