I would like to give 5 stars(If I could, I would like to give more than 5 stars) for this company service, no matter about their onsite service or post customer service. I had their service to replace my house whole duct system as well as rodent proofing in 2022. They not only provided me a best and reasonable price, onsite service, but also helped me fix some issue after two years. This company is so great to provide 5 years warranty for their works which is very rare in the market. This year, 2025, I felt I had the rodent issue again, and my heater ran for 15 mins and then stopped working. I gave them call to see they can help me address those issues in the warranty period, they responded very quickly and sent technician to my house to do the inspection. They made sure there is no rodent issue in my house, and also sent the great technician to fix my heater problem. I would like to express my appreciation to their engineering manager Jay, office assistant Sofia and Angelica. All of them are very responsible person and always take customer as the first priority.
I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs!

I contacted the team because rodents had been getting into my house lately. I recently hired Attic Crew to clean my crawl space, replace the old flexible HVAC ducts with solid steel ducts, and install a new dryer duct. They also performed comprehensive rodent proofing, as I had been dealing with a rodent issue under the house.

Needed to get my townhouse remodeled in the kitchen and bathroom. They responded very quickly, 1-2 days. Got the quote and plan drew up in 3 weeks. Tammy helped us pick up out the cabinet, floor and wall color so that they would look modern and at the same time matching with the other areas around our home. The illustrations that she showed me made it easier to visualize how they would look when finished. I also had issue with my sink drain pipe and shower drain being clogged up so I asked if they could help with this too. Milton is very knowledgeable and took the time explained to us step by step of what needs to be done. He fixed both drains on the same day! Very pleased with their service and professionalism!

Great job on a kitchen and bath remodel in a 1930 westside Paso Robles home. Work was done within the estimated time, and all of the guys working were very professional, friendly, and respectful. Noam even got me a good deal to have the entire interior of the home remodeled.

In the middle of pandemic we purchased a single family house in San Jose and needed a kitchen and bathroom remodel. We contacted all bay builders and Noam came out for a free consultation. He gave us a few Options for the remodel. What we liked most is the attitude and customer service. He was in charge of getting the work done and helped us getting the counter tops and cabinets and flooring. They provided few samples of each material we we’re inserted in ,They took care of getting the permit for the job and scheduled inspections. Also they took care of upgrading our electrical and plumbing before putting the new cabinets. Over all great service. Prices are fair and job done in few weeks and ahead of schedule. We recommend all bay builders performance for they honesty and managing the project to perfection !!

Update:

They were supposed to close all entrances in attic to prevent rodents to enter. 9 months after we moved into the house we are hearing scratching noises in attic. Now we need to pay pest control companies to deal with that.

We hired Meni for a full house renovation, but after moving in, we not only encountered numerous issues but also found that they had severely damaged the house and scammed us by charging for major fundamental work that was never completed. There is no warranty, and once he received his payment, he refused to solve the major issues. The only way you can make them responsible is through CSLB and suing them in court. Stay away from them.

We paid for full house repipe but no pipes are replaced under the house. Whatever you don’t see is either damaged or not touched, despite being charged for the job.
After many attempts to fix the problems in just three months, we still have severe water hammering from all faucets and toilets. Meni was frustratingly hard to address any fixes, and often left without resolving the issues. Here are some of the issues we faced, resulting from a lazy job, lack of thorough checking, and cutting corners:

- The full house repipe was not done. Galvanized and old pipes are still under our house, and were not insulated (a code violation). Pipes are loose and not secured properly. We were charged, but the pipes were not replaced.
- Severe water hammering throughout the house, in the walls and under the house. Meni refused to fix it. We hired a plumber who discovered loose pipes inside the walls.
- Electrical work is not up to code, causing frequent breaker trips by a hair dryer.
- Deck tiles cracked badly within a month, as Meni insisted on buying inappropriate tiles from a specific store.
- Walls are cracked.
- Garage flooring is already buckling.
- AC airflow is too low in one room.
- The master closet door, not chosen well and installed poorly.
- Missing pieces such as cabinet shelves.
- kitchen cabinets and vanities were installed and removed multiple times and left with many ugly holes.
- The wrong skylight was installed and didn’t open until after much frustration. Meni told me to go up the ladder and fix it myself. After many contacts, he finally came and saw the installation trouble.
- Windows were not installed properly.
- The garbage disposal was improperly installed, causing multiple kitchen floods. It took Meni four visits to fix it, and we still avoid using it because we don’t trust their work.
- Several jobs we paid for were never completed. We were not refunded and were charged more than agreed, including for bathroom layout and yard leveling. We also had to pay for damages incurred during the work.
- Meni promised to address termite activity where he was working or notify us if there was any. He assured us there were no termites, but they were visible. We had to bring in an inspector and now need fumigation after moving in because we trusted him.
- took him 45 days to respond city in the process of getting permit. Finally we followed up otherwise who knows how much more time he would wait for basic questions of city.

Overall, the project was disorganized and poorly managed, making this the most horrible experience we’ve ever had. We do not recommend Meni at all.
