Vorn serviced my new mini spilt AC not cooling- he was really friendly and helpful, sorted the AC problem out quickly and efficiently. He was very professional identified the freon leak, water pipe issue and fixed the multiple AC issues. A great service, great repairman, polite, wore masks, left area clean. I was very satisfied with the repair to my AC. I highly recommend his repair service. I will definitely be using this company again.

We made the decision to purchase a radiant barrier to insulate our crawl space and attic. The team was professional, on time, and provided step-by-step instructions. The crawl space remains dry and well-insulated, and the radiant barrier has already decreased cooling expenses. I'm impressed by their high-quality materials and attention to detail. I'll utilize them once more for upcoming projects!

Attic Crew came very highly recommended by our plumber who noticed that we had extensive damage to our air ducts. Our house had been infiltrated by rodents; they had chewed through our plastic piping and had been living in our ducts.

Kalev came out and was thorough in his inspection and gave me all of the options for the job. Andrea and his crew of 3 were able to replace all of the ducts in one day. I've never seen so much plastic hanging around my house. They left the house cleaner than when they arrived.

The rodent proofing that was done by Andrea was also great. He showed me everything that he had done (or showed me the photos of what was done in our crawl space and attic) to prevent the rats from getting back into our house.

Our home didn't have any insulation under the crawl space and at times our house would be colder inside than outside. I contacted Attic Crew for an inspection and estimate. Jay came by at the scheduled time and date. Following the inspection he discovered that all of our ducts had corroded and a lot of air was escaping meaning our heating wasn't operating to its full potential. Additionally he found asbestos so he put me in touch with an asbestos abatement company who promptly took care of the issue. Jay's team attended once the area was clear and were there from morning through to the evening. Jay promised that he would send his best crew and they didn't disapppoint. I was expecting about 2 or 3 people to show but there was a crew of 6 that turned up. All were very polite, professional, very respectful and very clean and tidy. When they left you couldn't even tell that there was any major work done. They provided some additional insulation work in our garage and sealed any areas that could potentially be accessed by rodents in the crawl space.

Since the completion we have noticed a huge difference in the temperature in the house. We don't use our heating as much and find that the temperature is a lot more stable and comfortable.

This was my second time using attic crew. It was easy to setup a initial visit for quote; they were accommodating, and worked with my schedule. Since I had used them before. I was already comfortable with their services and in the know as to what they provided. This time around I opted for thermal barrier, along with full attic cleaning and removal of my existing blown in insulation. The new insulation was the batting variety and I believe the house is already quieter and the heater has run less last night. So we are already seeing the benefits immediately. They also replaced one damaged air ducked as well. They were on time and very great with communication, they called when they were on their way, they were very thorough in the construction of the plastic tunnel to prevent insulation from getting all over the house and most importantly they were very thorough in their cleanup, even vacuuming all remnants of anything that was left behind. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the work that attic crew provided and have no problem recommending their services to others.

I am glad I chose Attic Crew to take care of the noise I heard in my attic. First, though, the old asbestos-covered ducts had to removed by a certified company, then new ducts installed. Then the rat problem was addressed, which fortunately was caught early. It was a huge job but all was completed professionally, politely, and in 2 days! This company did a great cleaning and reinsulation of my attic. The space was full of dust, critters, and old insulation, but they handled it all professionally. *Service from 2022* We had a terrible rat infestation (in the garage, ducts, basement, attic) and they came to rodent-proof the home and trap the rats. Unfortunately the rats continued to live in our home for months after, and whenever we reached out they would come to bait the traps again every other week. We reached out and told them where we heard them and that we didn't want them to just come and bait the traps again. They sent a manager who was very dismissive, irritable, and just went around the house putting metal screens in random places that we didn't have proof of rodent activity. They later told us that rodents can live off crumbs from the traps for a month, so why did they keep coming every other week to refill the traps with bait? We later found where the rodents were getting in and rodent-proofed it ourselves, so definitely irritating to spend all that money for professionals to do it and then we ended up fixing the problem.

However, they did an AMAZING job replacing the ducts and insulation in the attic. Our basement is very low and we were very impressed with their ability to complete the duct work. We've had many repairs on the house and every professional who has come compliments the duct work.
