Very good experience with Juan, the contractor. He was referred by my friend.
He is very patient and responsible. Every time I called him, he always responded and handled it in time. The whole process can be handed over to him with confidence, which is particularly worry-free.

Fine General Construction (Juan) did a great job for us. The team was efficient and quick. I am very happy and satisfied with the services. Definitely, I will recommend others as well. I was amazed by their quality craftsmanship. They finished the work within the given timeframe without compromising quality.

We hired Fine General Construction to remodel our home—kitchen, bathrooms, floors, electrical, and a new TV /fireplace wall and they did an awesome job. Super easy to work with, always kept us updated, and the place looks amazing even after 3 years. We still hire them for small- medium jobs around the house. Really happy with the results and definitely recommend them.

I recently worked with Fine General Construction for my kitchen remodel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everything turned out to be fine, but it spoke volumes about his dedication and professionalism — he truly goes above and beyond to ensure his clients’ peace of mind.

Juan gave me an initial timeline for the remodel, and the work was completed right within that timeframe. His team — Freddy and Louis — are also wonderful to work with. They’re respectful, efficient, and take great pride in their craft. The quality of their work is top-notch, and they keep the workspace neat and organized throughout.

The finished kitchen exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would highly, highly recommend Juan and the Fine General Construction team to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and high-quality contractor who truly stands by his work.

Juan and his team did a great job with replacing our carpetted floors to laminated flooring. He also helped us to select good quality flooring and helped with disposing the old materials. He and team also did our garage floor & walls. They also did a great job with our attic. After 2 years, everything is still looking good and new.
They were very adjusting with our time and always punctual with their time as well.

Remodeled 4 bathrooms including master, refinished existing maple floors & installed new floors to replace carpet in 4 bedrooms, installed new tile floors in kitchen & entryway. It was a pleasure working with Juan & his crew. The work was done to a very high standard. We chose some intricate mosaic for 3 bathroom floors & David worked closely with us to help decide on size if borders & where place to place cuts. His expertise was very valuable. Flexible with timelines and coordinating scheduling to enable us to stay in the house most of the time.

Juan and his team at Fine General Construction completed a full bathroom and laundry room renovation in 4 weeks. Each member of his crew were expertly skilled and their attention to detail was exceptional. Juan was constantly available and on site to check progress and make sure everything was exactly as we planned. Luis and Freddy were also great to have during each phase of the project. We had some challenges trying to make our small laundry room as efficient as possible and Juan and his team worked to figure out the best options to keep my design vision in tact. General scope included: full demo, replace flooring, tile shower stall, lighting, semi-custom cabinetry, and fitting a stacked washer/drying with the tightest tolerances. One final note is that Juan also had wonderful recommendations to source our materials. The cabinetry rep I worked with had only great things to say about this team. We are already working on planning our next bathroom renovation!

The owners are down to earth and make you feel special and treat you like you're family, they did my roof, upgraded my electrical panel and the wires in my house, new floors, back yard master bathroom and windows.
They are clean, friendly and care about the little details!
I rehired them to do my 495 sqf addition now.

TWO bathrooms, kitchen, floors, lights, electrical upgrade, interior paint, new ROOF RE-DECK!, windows and sliding doors, my whole back and front yard, they did everything for me and they did the best job and more! Ive been screwed over for years even when i needed a small job done, everyone is flakey and want my money, I'm extremely happy with Stylit and I recommend it with all my heart!

We have been using with Thien and his guys for awhile to remodeled our bathrooms, and then our kitchen. Thien is very detail oriented. His crew cleanup after themselves everyday, so it didn’t disturb our normal routines as much as I have thought. We did have a few hiccups during the kitchen remodeling (our original electrical wasn’t up to code and had to be rewired and a few other issues) but Thien fixed everything and got the job back on track. We will definitely be using this company again for our future remodeling works.

I couldn’t be happier with the renovation that Sami and Sons did for me.

The project involved expanding a downstairs half bath to a full bath so that I could age in place. This mean moving a wall, building a roll-in shower, installing additional electrical outlets for a bidet etc. Since this bathroom doubles as a powder room for guests, I wanted the grab bars to be disguised as towel warmer, shower head slider, and assorted holders for toilet paper, towels, and soaps. I also wanted a certain look. I knew what I wanted but did not know what was possible given the tight space, the building codes, and the structure of the house. Sami and Sons helped me think through the process.

“You’re not hiring a company, you’re choosing a family!” is emblazoned on the marketing material that Sami and Sons gives its customers. The company is run by Sami Dadon and his three sons, of which the youngest, Noy, was assigned to this project. He treated me like I were his grandmother, with deference, but he is not shy in expressing his views. He is more often right than not. Upon dismantling the floor, we discovered there’s a beam underneath where we’d planned the shower drain. The brothers were consulted and, drawing upon their collective experience doing dozens of bathrooms a year, a satisfactory solution was produced. Though occasionally disorganized, he got the job done. He has a good crew and I’m especially pleased with the tile work. I am now enjoying my dream bathroom, customized to my size and my peculiar taste.

Would not recommend for sure - I did not get anything for the $$ spent so far. Karma as they say does not forget.... is eternal.
Details:
In the October 2018 timeframe I signed an agreement to get a set of plans done for an ADU in my backyard - paid the full amount in 3 seperate installments per the agreement. On talking to the architect and builder I was given to believe that they knew exactly what was to be done. We gave them our requirements and they said they will work on it per our requirements. After some attempts we had a mutually agreed upon design which they submitted to the City. The City came back and said the setbacks proposed by the architect was not admissable and that the structure should be 20 feet away from the backyard fence. The architect had said the setback was 15 feet - that gave us the 600sft we agreed upon. Increasing the setback would make the structure 500sft. The architect came back and said he had a solution - the city would approve a 600sft structure if we make it detached, in which case there was no setback requirements. We agreed to that. However, Sami, came back and said we would need to make a new agreement for the same amount as before (doubling the cost in reality) - because this would be a new drawing. Remember, I did not get the first approved drawing because of a mistake on their part (them not knowing what the allowed setback was) and now I have to pay again. I refused to go with them. Sami & Sons did a fantastic and timely job on our project. We had a very unique commercial project and they took it on. What I appreciated the most was their communication and extremely speedy process to start and finish the job. Thank you!

We enjoyed working with Sami and Sons Remodeling to redo one of our bathrooms. They came every day and finished the work just ahead of schedule which was great!

Recently we hired Sami and Sons to repair our bathroom, and the overall experience and result were amazing. I have talked to four contractors, among all Sam and Sons' proposal, approach and collaboration were excellent, especially the project manager Idan was very responsive, prompt, and transparent. Same goes with the whole crew that includes not restricted to Maria, Tom, and Benjamin. It was a medium size project to find and arrest the water leak from 2nd-floor bath to first-floor ceiling. Their crew located the leak rightly, replaced shower pan, restored the bathroom marble floor, also fixed first-floor ceiling sheet/rocks and other stuff. Everything is cool now, and I will surely hire this team again if there is a need, also will recommend them for remodeling or repair works.

Very good experience remodelling my master bathroom with Shon.
Shon was very responsive to requests and issues and the team delivered good quality of work.
Only thing is we didn't have enough tiles ordered in the first time so had to wait extra time for additional ones to arrive.

The outcome in the end looks awesome and they are very attentive to details.

They are NOT the cheapest quote I got but the service is worth the premium.
