My house was built in 1987 and i think that was the first and last time it went through any kind of remodeling or renovation , this was my parents house and I'm living here now with my husband, the style was old and we had a severe water damage due to old pipes.
At the beginning I didn't feel comfortable of doing any major changes to honor my parents, We interviewed 6 contractors and Nathan with SkyTech Builders was the only one that was able to provide us a quote that will not only fulfill our budget limits but will also make our house look new, styled and updated.
On our 2nd meeting he came with his designer and they were able to come up with creative ideas about the new design at my master bathroom and kitchen.
I am 100% satisfied with the final result.

Kitchen remodeling

I called Skytech Builders few weeks ago to see how much it will cost me to redo my Kitchen, at first I was just thinking to change the cabinets and counter tops, but after a long back and forth with their in home designer i decided to go with a complete new kitchen layout.
Their service was above my expectation , Leo &Jonathan were very professional they have many similar projects in their well impressive resume , when we met for the 2nd meeting their designer joined our meeting and she gave me so much information that I wasnt aware at the beginning.
Things were moving very fast from the moment I got all the permits.
They were on the timeline,no delays ,it was a true joy working with these guys.

We recently bought the house for investment purposes, we loved the deep potential it had, and the fact we can gain an additional income for the detached ADU we had.

I called Sky Tech Builders and spoke with Jonathan & Leo, I explained that we are not living at the house and I need to make sure that they will supervise the project from start to finish.

After 2 zoom meetings, it was more than enough to make the call and hire them to do my remodeling.

We can speak highly of their level of performance, and the endless information they have as far as construction rules and regulations.

No matter the challenge we were dealing with along the way, Jonathan & Leo always had the right, quick, and money-efficient solution.

We should be back in the bay area soon, I can't wait to work with you gentleman's again.

This review is coming deeply from my heart, I met Skytech Builders at one of my customer's project at Milpitas, they were doing a complete remodel, bathroom, kitchen, addition, and new framing, I did the flooring installation and luckily I saved their numbers, my family needed to rebuild and renew the kitchen area and bathroom.
They have super skills and knowledge, they brought their designer to the 1st meeting and she gave my family so many ideas and was able to show us how it will look at the end of the process, the result was 100% similar to the 3D we saw before construction start .

Leo and his team at Sky Tech Builders did an excellent job on our office remodel. They handled demolition, new walls, flooring, electrical, and plumbing — even bringing in an expert plumber to solve an unexpected issue. The crew worked on short notice, including during a holiday, and managed the project smoothly while our office was still running.

We spoke with nearly 15–20 contractors before starting, and Leo provided the most reasonable pricing while delivering outstanding quality and professionalism. Both his backend staff and construction team were responsive, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. We’re very happy with the results and will definitely call Sky Tech Builders again in the future!

We recently completed a full kitchen renovation and master bathroom with Leo from Skytech and we couldn't be happier with the results and the process . From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire process was handled with exceptional professionalism and expertise.

We had our Kitchen redone last year and had a great experience. Full transparency, we encountered typical delays and issues that come with any big kitchen renovation, and we lived in our house while construction was being done. There were frustrations. But in the end we got the kitchen we wanted. And it was well worth it. The team had great communication and worked around holidays and scheduling conflicts well. They were proactive about getting inspections and problem solving. The whole team is very kind and reasonable. Most important, we were able to, for the most part, stay on budget, which was a big deal for us. Appreciate all the hard work. Our family is enjoying the new space!

Leo and his team looked at what we required to update our bathtub and shower into a stand-up shower. The price he gave us was the best quote we received of the three companies that quoted the job and after seeing photos of other projects he completed, we gave him the job. His team worked quickly to demolish our existing shower and bathtub. The material he used for the shower walls is very nice and was installed quickly. Once the shower doors were installed and the job completed, we were amazed at how beautiful our bathroom looked. I would definitely refer Sky Tech Builders to anyone interested in improving their bathroom remodel. Jude

I recently got my landscape project finished by south valley landscap construction I am very happy with the end result from the very beginning Baltazar and his team from the office to the project managers including the labors they were very professional and make the process stress-free I have heard horrible stories I was skeptical about doing the project all at ones because it’s a large project but I went for it and I am glad I did I will hire south valley landscap construction for my next project

He did a huge landscaping project for our house which included paving our front and backyard. We did not have a satisfactory experience for the price we paid. We only got 80% of the job done, he never did a glue sand for the pavers and arbors were poor quality materials with no paint/stain. We are now spending extra money for the job he did not finish. Go at your own risk!

Recently we had South Valley Landscape Construction remodel our front yard from Hardscape, Softscape, Irrigation, Lighting. They also painted our house. They did a fantastic job in everything from helping us select pavers, lamps and plants (we wanted drought resistant plants and grass). After a couple months our sewer line broke and had to get it repaired. We had no water in the front yard for weeks as the plumbers were working on the line. The plumbing company unfortunately damaged some of the planters in this process. While this was happening Baltazar swung by to check in on how the new landscaping was looking. He noticed the damage and offered to put everything back together as courtesy. Obviously we couldn't refuse. We have been very happy with SVLC. We highly highly recommend working with them.
