We found Bao on Nextdoor. From the start to finish we were very pleased with his professionalism. He replaced our electrical panel (major work). He was always on time. The whole process was very clear and worry-free. We would use him again. Awesome guy.

We’ve been having problems off and on for several years with our mailbox lantern light. After speaking with other electricians, all of them seem to think that the problem was in the power supply. A few of my friends had used Bao and were very pleased with his work. Although I had to wait a bit for him to come out, I’m glad that I did wait! He immediately knew that the problem in our lantern light was the lightbulb socket and not the power supply. He easily replaced it and put in an LED lightbulb that he had on hand. Additionally, he secured the lantern since it was wobbly at no extra charge. His helper, Tien, did another minor fix in the house at no charge too. Both Bao and Tien were great. Bao took the time to explain everything that he was doing so that I understood exactly what was going on. I highly recommend Bao and will definitely use him again!
