I hired ARSEN to add a few outlets and circuits. During the estimate Dmitry went out of his way (1 hr+) to explain the fundamentals of the circuit to be installed and what kind of setup would be needed to support the various devices that would be powered by the new outlets. It was abundantly clear that he understood the nuances of the installation to do it correctly and safely.

Dmitry and Dmitry worked non-stop and finished the install in a day, all while accommodating my questions and specific requests along the way.

Despite a long day of hard work, they still made time at the end to ensure the space was cleaned up properly and that their work was tested thoroughly (and to even do me a favor of drilling a hole for the security camera).

Around 2 o'clock on a Friday afternoon, we had a circuit breaker trip at our home. It was labeled 'furnace', but in addition to our furnace the lights and power in a bathroom and bedroom also went out. I called ARSEN because I was really happy with the work they had done updating our wiring for a new refrigerator. They couldn't come that day, but were able to come on Saturday at 11. Dmitry saw that we had a short somewhere in the circuit and started hunting for it in a very organized and logical manner -- all the while explaining the process he was going through. Dmitry provided unbelievably quick, competent, thorough installation of our 50A EV circuit from the panel in the back to the front of the house. The team of 3 electricians showed up, went under the house, ran the wires, exited the crawl space with a clean conduit run on the side of the garage to the target area just inside the front gate. The estimate was descriptive, detailed, thorough and all pricing was transparent and itemized. The panel was full and multiple breakers had to be thinned out and combined and everything was done quickly with very minimal downtime.
