my kitchen outlets stopped working and that was a big problem with all the cooking i needed to do. based on good reviews, i called Spark Electricians and liam was able to come out quickly to check things out and fix them. everything was fixed fast, done well, and the price was really good. everyone was friendly and i would definitely use them again.

After searching online for an electrician in San Jose, I was impressed by the high ratings. I called and scheduled an appointment for Damian to come check out an issue with one of our walls—our refrigerator is on one side and the TV is on the other. Our house is older, so many of the outlets didn’t have proper grounding wires. Damian took a closer look and let us know that a previous electrical company had mixed in old parts when installing our new panel. He explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what needed to be done. We plan to have Damian back soon to replace some lights and ceiling fans.

We had a fantastic experience with Spark Electricians. We would definitely hire them again or recommend them to others. The owner gave us a quote to fully re-wire our older home in San Jose, removing all the old knob and tube wiring and making sure everything was up to code. The estimate was based just on the square footage, and it was much lower than we expected after hearing stories about how expensive knob and tube replacement can be. The final price was almost the same as the original estimate, with no hidden fees. We did add a few extras along the way, but otherwise the quote was spot on, even though the work took a couple more days than planned. The crew working on our house for about two weeks did a great job. Brad was always on time each morning, with Liam and Damian helping out as the second electricians. They worked fast and did their job carefully, making sure to keep damage to our plaster walls to a minimum and cleaning up as they went. Both my wife and I work from home and couldn’t really leave during the day, but Brad and the team were very thoughtful about this and coordinated with us to keep interruptions to a minimum. Brad kept us updated each day and let us know ahead of time which rooms would be without electricity so we could plan our work. All three electricians were really polite and friendly, which made having them in our home for so long a pleasant experience.

this is the second time i've used spark electricians for electrical work, and both times have been excellent. gary was very friendly, explained everything clearly, and really knows electrical systems well. the prices were fair too. gary also gave me a great estimate for replacing all the lighting downstairs, and i'm excited to have that work done soon. for this repair, the electrical panel for an old connection was getting hot and even showed some burn marks outside. i didn’t even use that service—it was left from the previous owner. gary safely disconnected it and replaced a damaged outlet. they scheduled my appointment quickly since i was worried about safety with the box heating up. i would definitely recommend them for any electrical issues.
